I live near this Starbucks usually they had fresh and great coffee. I drink coffee everyday, since October 2021 something got changed, or brewing machine or they don’t clean the coffee maker.The coffee becoming increasingly bitter so I started going to other Starbucks location in Palatine. It’s far for me but they have great coffee. Today I couldn’t make it to Palatine so went to Starbucks near me, I was wondering to see if the coffee get better. But it was the same bitter coffee?
Didn’t ask for the size and gave me the tallest cup for honey citrus tea which was missing sweeteners which I was made aware while ordering! It cost me a lot!
Great Starbucks. 95% of the staff are friendly, there's always 1 staff that will just ignore you, but that's fine there were plenty other friendly and polite staff members willing to help. My first drink was not correct, but they did remake it right away and it was ?!
Place was whatever, but this worker, Travis I believe was his name, definetely deserves a raise.
A little slower than the other locations, but nice staff when you come to the drive thru.
Ran out of Mocha?! How do you run out of Mocha if you are Starbucks? And we are stuck in your outside line no way to escape because drive thru is curbed and on hill!
There was a very rude lady she had short hair and she kicked me and my friends out because of our “behavior” but in the past she’s said many racial slurs like the n word. They are extremely rude and they don’t let us do what we want to are drinks I do not recommend going there because they are terrible and I hope you spread the message about this place!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Somehow my Starbucks gift card number was stolen and used at this Starbucks! Super disappointing that it happened at this store.
At Starbucks I think everyone knows what they're getting into when they're walking in the door this place I would suggest getting a London fog
