We came in because had a taste for panda and literally they were out of everything. They stated they were closed at 8 yet doors open and online it states they were open. Worst service.
It is Panda, tables need a little cleaning, did we forget about Covid?Or just too understaffed to clean? Or management too distracted to direct?
I just went there and the lady that was in the cashier threw my change and was with an attitude the whole time, has never happened something like this before… she was really mean, rude. I love this place but that girl have to learn how to treat people.
COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT.My family and I are completely appalled at the conditions of this location. We ate here on Saturday 4/30/22 at 2 pm in Hoffman Estates, IL. We were greeted fine but then the service at the cash register was confusing. The girl Viki did not know what she was doing and did not care either. We were looking for a table to sit down at but all of those were dirty because no one took the time to clean up the tables. Then my husband was eating his chicken and came across an undesirable piece (may have been undercooked) and then we threw all of our food away half eaten because the quality was just not there! We spent $45 to eat here for lunch. I spoke with Viki and Laney and she said she was the manager and they were short staffed and gave every excuse in the book as to why the restaurant was not clean and orderly and the food was just unacceptable!! No refunds were allowed to be given from what Laney was explaining.
Ordered through grub hub. Restaurant missed items in the meal and wanted to know if we could drive to pick it up.One meal was missing a protein.Didn’t get the cheese Rangoon or egg rolls that were ordered.
Staff was nice. Order was ready and still hot when I ate it. Very disappointed that they don't have Orange Chicken on the menu!
I wish I could give this a 0 but 1 is the lowest it goes. To start off i walked in & the young lady (linzy)didn’t even acknowledge my presence. She rolled her eyes & seemed bothered that I wanted to order. I looked at the name tag so I can advise a manager. This is beyond me I have never been treated in such a rude matter. As a former veteran I took this very personal. Please do better panda!!
