This is a chain fast casual resturant. What sets Moe's a part for me is that they offer sauted mushrooms at no additional cost and they have a solid salsa bar. Moe's Monday's is the bomb. Chips, drink and burritos 6.99 and their burriots have better flavor then their competitors. Enjoy!
Poorest coustomer service/Rude person at cash register. Act like don’t know English. Screwed up my wife’s order. Cheated on food quantity. Will never come back here again and will tell all my friends and family to avoid this place. We were there today at 5.14pm June 16th 2022.
The restaurant is somehow like Chipotle, but Chipotle is definitely way better. The restaurant is clean, and the interior is definitely Mexican, and the atmosphere and vibe are nice. The staff behind the counter are very polite, friendly, and accommodating. They have a lot of options on their menu, and I just ordered randomly. There is literally a short wait. The food is made to order but it is served really quickly. It is good that it is made to order because it was fresh and hot. I can definitely say that it is an authentic restaurant based on the looks and presentation of the food as well as its taste and flavor. The food is full of flavor and tastes fresh and delicious. I got to choose any salsa I wanted, and even though their salsa alone tastes good, the prices are also reasonable. I seldom go to this restaurant, and I just know that their food is not really that bad, and I might come back. It is a good restaurant. The location is nice and there is ample parking.
Would give zero stars if possible. Franchise owner was very ableistic; relentlessly ridiculed and laughed in the face of a paying customer constantly despite multiple pleas for space and patience as the distressing situation was escalated.I tried to follow the instructions given by the franchise owner as I was resolving a brief issue with payment for an in-store order. I recreated the order through the mobile app as instructed. The owner then cornered me between a table and counter while I was on the phone to remedy the situation, demanding that I follow his list of the order that had already been re-ordered via mobile app. He refused to step away until he was satisfied with the way the mobile order was submitted.Tried all that I could throughout the interaction to communicate that the owner’s aggressive behaviors and intrusiveness were causing distress only to be made fun of even more. Owner refused to provide corporate’s contact information or even a printed receipt. Owner did not provide his name until I specifically asked for a business card, which apparently do not exist. Wouldn’t even write down his name, only repeated it twice. I had to nearly beg for the food and drinks I already paid for.This was truly the worst service I have ever experienced from the service industry. It is terrifying to know that this situation was exemplified by the franchise owner, a person who is supposed to lead and support a team with the mission to serve.
This place tries to imitate Chipotle. The rice taste like instant rice, n can beans ???. Terrible
Always hear about this place but never got a chance to go. But yesterday, we finally came here for the very first time. It's like Chipotle but better, like what I heard from friends and others! Taste fresh, flavorful, delish! Staff were very friendly. They greet guest by saying "Welcome to Moe's" coming in, and says "Thank you" on your way out. Will definitely coming back here again.

I went to this place yesterday for the first timeIt smells like food went bad when i toke my order i went to my car the smell still there i got home, and try the food, and now im sick been throwing up the whole night can say for sure was the food but didnt ate nothing else but never going back again just in case
I've always loved eating at Moes, they're definitely better then Chipotle.
