Dining room is clean and comfortable. The service is fast and kind.
Just ordered the new jalapeno Burger and I'd never saw such careless, In preparing food. The Burger was as flat as a pancake, And put together with very little care or pride in their food. I wasn't even sure I had the correct sandwich until I saw 2 little jalapeno rings. I'm writing out a McDonald's to go to, People don't care how they handle the food anymore.
Drive thru girl was super rude, almost ghetto like. Long line so we just left, sad that Hoffman Estates is bringing in people from the hood to work here. This was around 3:30AM Saturday morning. McDonalds, please check your training manuals for employees are followed and maybe background checks too.
The McDonald’s is still a McDonald’s, meaning that it’s not 5 star service or food but it’s exactly what you expect. The service was really slow if you go inside, they don’t have a employee working in the front. So you will have to get there attention to get anything. The inside is nice but teenagers do like to hangout there :)

Delfino needs to be fired, he don't know how to manage, last week my 7am drive thru order was wrong, this week my 7am drive thru was a 10 minute wait. GOLF road Mc Donalds has better operation
This is seriously the nicest, fastest McDonalds I have ever been to. Everyone is always polite when I go, and I've been going to this as my preferred local McDonalds for almost 8 months now.
Really nice looking furniture, the drink dispenser is cool but it doesn't give flavored versions of drinks.
I'm at work trying to get something to eat for lunch. I'm in a big box truck so I tried to go in the inside but they inside was close so I walk up to the drive window told the lady we are in a big truck she see the truck and she did not want to take my order. I never had this problem before sad.
1) Not only did not have my fave cherry slushee, had NO slushees of any sort -1⭐️2) Did not have Sriracha sauce for nuggs -1⭐️3) Did not have ranch for nuggs, gave me Buffalo. I hate Buffalo -1⭐️4) Nuggs looked burnt (tasted good)5⭐️ - 3⭐️ = 2⭐️Good job for not having half of your menu available ??
