Im not one to write reviews but …Went to get a quick breakfast and everything went wrong. Daughter specifically wanted pancakes so we got her the big breakfast. They were going to charge us for 4 of them. I get it, misunderstanding. We pull up to the first window and the cashier said the total but my mom didn’t hear her clearly and asked again how much and the cashier answered VERY rudely. We pull up to the next window and we check the receipt only to see that she didn’t get our drink order right. So we ask them to correct it. We get home, and we were missing my daughters juice. Open up her breakfast and the pancakes were missing as well.. the pancakes that my little one was really looking forward to. Overall, just very poor service.
I had the best experience at this location than any other. I came on a busy weeknight, and the staff was very hardworking, as they handled the stressful situation. Huge shoutout to their employee Trey for his amazing customer service under stressful conditions. He did a wonderful job managing impatient customers and deserves a raise. 10/10 would recommend this location. Also, they had the best Diet Coke of my life. If you go, please ask for Trey and tell him what a wonderful job he is doing and nominate him for employee of the year.
The cashier girl was rude and after I told her I needed to make another order she walked away to take to 2 of her other coworkers and they were so loud, which normally i don't mind but when you're on the clock you need to be mindful of customers. I had to yell to get their attention. Another worker helped me while they continue talking and laughing loudly.
Very unprofessional. Staff using the N-word openly which was very offensive. Extremely long wait for only 1 item . I’m sure there are plenty of people who will take pride in their work, instead of hiring disrespectful teenagers. Oh, and they also messed up my 1 sandwich -_-
This location is terrible if you come any time except weekday mornings. If it's evening or weekend, go somewhere else.Edit, replying to the below. No need to contact me, to resolve this, just fix the problems.5/29: very slow drive through, refused to give me receipt when asked5/27: didn't have lids so couldn't order drinkIssues that have been frequent occurrences when visiting on the weekend, and sometimes weekday evenings:-no one answering the drive through ordering speaker for extended times-when no one answers and you drive up to the first window, they have refused to take orders, even though no one else is there-the drive through regularly sits there for 5 or 10 min not moving at all. Often someone is leaning out the window carrying on a long conversation with a driver-orders being wrong-not giving a receipt so you can't complain on the feedback form-things out of stock, and not being told until after payingThese are not one off events. As someone who stops by multiple times per week, there are clear patterns, and it's related to specific staff. The weekday morning staff are friendly and work quickly, it's never taken more than a couple minutes to get through.
A few friends and I had pulled into the drive thru and got to the intercom and immediately the guy said we are only serving nuggets and fries. The others in our car heard the guy but our driver didn't know if they heard correctly and said "im sorry did you say only nuggets and fries" in which the guy responded "thats what I just said" we all were shocked by the lack of customer service since we all worked in customer service. We said thank you but no thanks and got out of the drive thru.
Had 2 simple identical kids meals ordered. Waited 15 minutes with 5 cars in front of me. Got the wrong 2 kids meals from the car before or something.. whatever tell the manager to come out to explain her. She comes out and says I have to go around the drive through again that I have to get back in line because she can’t make me the right thing unless I go around. I told her no I can’t go around again and wait another 15 minutes And that she should be able to fire up my order ahead because they messed up. She says no she can’t and regular team member comes out and ask what I had so I tell her, she goes back, finds my order and brings it to me. Manager didn’t even think to check first if my order was back there somewhere. Even after I got my “right” order, 1 of the burgers was wrong with onions and pickles and they were just ketchup. Also no fries in one of the boxes, so I have to decide which of my children gets the small fries and the other one nothing?.. cmon guys what kinda business you’re running. The team member reacted right while the manager was absolutely wrong. Though the team also failed at giving me the wrong order..unbelievable McDonald’s.. this happened at 7:00 on 5/18/2022
Just drove through the drive through. Friday May 13, 2022. 11:30 am. The lady taking my order is just so rude. No need to be so mean.
I refuse to go to this location ever again. Last few times the staff was rude and don't even acknowledge you! One girl looked like she was strung out on drugs. The service is beyond slow. This past time they didn't even put fries in my kids happy meals. Charged me for things I didn't order then caught an attitude when I said I didn't order that. No offer for a refund, just took the item back. I understand customer service sucks, but something needs to done about this location.
Stopped to get supper. Ordered and it took 10 minutes to snake through the line. Got to the window to pay and figured at least my food (2 sandwiches, one order of fries and 2 McFlurries) would be ready. Nope! Girl at the window who gave no greeting opens the window & hands me the mcflurries. She then takes my debit card and charges it. Then she tells me to pull over & wait. Zero apology, zero kindness from the person at the window. Not mean or rude, but just kind of indifferent. I asked for a refund & left. Went to the Mcdonald's at Higgins & Governor's and got pleasant service and through the line in less than 5 minutes
