Called 17:45 arrived at 18:35, still wasn’t ready, deep dish comes with nylon topping I guess shown in picture below, worst ever deep dish I had. Thin crust pizza was ok but still why pay 17$ when you can get same for 5.99 at domino’s. Will not order again, was very happy to this location just across the road from my home, disappointed.
The ingredients are fully Lou's, so delicious! This location, though, is still learning how to bake the pies. It opened this year and we've ordered 4 times now (we missed having our Lou's pizza from our other neighborhood). Each time was different. It is always soggy and under done, once was completely doughy through all but the edge. I decided to request well done on our last order to compensate. We ended up with a rock-hard waaaay over done pie.Take your chances or chose a different location until they get the hang of things. We will try again maybe in 6 months or so since it is very close.
So excited to get one near home but have ordered 4-5 times since they opened and have been disappointed every time.App will say it’s ready, wait a long time after going in and paying for them to bring it out. Staff very disheveled and disorganized (thought maybe a learning curve at beginning but 2 months later same thing)Pizza crusts always too blond and under-cooked. Today crust was wet (left off behest to avoid this) Sausage tastes old. Not the same as other Lou locations. Bummer**update: The manager of the store contacted me after I posted this review and asked me to give them another chance, offered me a free pizza, and told me to contact him directly when I was ready to order it because they do have new ovens and they do have a lot of issues with undercooked crusts. Happy to report that I did as he asked, and got the pizza that I always was hoping they would make. All I have to do is contact him directly every time I want to order a pizza to make sure it’s cooked correctly
I've ordered about 4 times since they open, my thin crust pizza has been bland and soggy and I didn't want to order anymore, but the new General Manager Manny changed that. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy... my order was just perfect, just the way Lou Malnati's is supposed to be.
ordered here twice since they've opened up. both times they charged me double for my pizza for no reason and claimed to not know why it happened. The first time it took 5 days for the refund for the extra charge to drop. I am still waiting for the second charge to drop and it's been 8 days since the charge was made. Management hasn't done anything to help me out either. Pizza is fine, management is terrible.
Thank you Lou Malnati's for always delivering us fresh and very tasty food! Customer service is top notch as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What can I say? I was at this location when it first opened a little over a month ago. Dangerously close to where I reside, lol. Anyway, I noticed a woman who looked familiar. Sandra. I truly believe she is one remarkable lady. I was stunned to see her there and then she explained that she floats from location to location helping out (especially, during new openings). She always has a smile on her face, a wonderful head on her shoulders, always professionally dressed, and her customer service is impeccable. For example: I witnessed her being calm and collected the WHOLE time a man claiming he owned the town yelled at her (inches from her face and in front of the really crowded space) for not being able to order a slice of pizza and that he KNOWS Malnati's. Ummm, excuse me sir, you obviously do not. Today, I walked in because my little sister ordered a pizza for herself. Sandra was there and that triggered my mind into writing a review about her, since she's normally not there and I've been in and out ordering salads and pizza. At 11:30am already having over a dozen pizza orders, there she was just handling business, promptly and swiftly. The energy, vibes, and flow when she's around is massive. Her essence will resonate and carry on in the air even when she's not working at this location the staff will be successful. I say, BRAVA to her and to whoever signs her paychecks that she deserves a raise **wink**Pizza is perfect as always, even if an order ever comes home wrong it still tastes amazing =) I think I am able to say that because I've been eating this pizza for decades.
I love Lou's but if you're a regular you know the quality of the pie varies. The first pizza from this location was not good. Service was outstanding. I will be back soon hoping for a better pie and will update.
Ordered a thin crust well done and it was delivered 20 min sooner than expected and the veggies were still raw and the crust was pure white . Had to put it in my oven for 30 minutes to finish cooking it. Not going to this location again
Don’t know what other people are talking about on here. I’ve worked at lou’s years ago and it was the same expected pizza that arrived to my door from a personable bloke with manners etc. Would eat again (thin crust/extra pep/onion/garlic/basil/jalapeño)
