Pésimo servicio y la comida malísima ….?
Gret atmosphere made me feel like i was in EnsenadaWaiting for my Mexican style tacos having chips and salsa so far so good good music and clean place.Ok I got done with my dinner the tacos were delicious so I ordered a tostada too wich is not too big but also deliciousI will be back againThank you.
TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Food was disgusting, mind you I ordered from the vegetarian plates. Chile Relleno was not good at all!! Too much egg breading, not enough cheese and was served white rice instead of Mexican rice! I ordered a lemon drop drink. They took forever to bring and when they brought it out, very small shot glass with a lemon sitting on top of the shot glass covering the drink and it had no liquor!! I paid $9 for lemon juice in a shot glass!!! The waiter sucked!! When I gave my order he was very judgmental with face expectations and all!!! I asked for the Chile relleno put the sauce on the side and he had a remark, I did not hear exactly what he said but my husband caught it! I totally DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE, MEDIOCRE FOOD. used to be good, we visited for the first time after 1 year. Took about 2 hours to get our food and when we finally got it , it was wrong! Had to wait an extra 30 min to get it right. Everybody seems disorganized and waiters usually stay in the back and never check on tables. My wife and child never got refills on their drinks and we never received an apology for taking so long and food being wrong. Food was salty, shrimp was overcooked. I will not be coming back here. Which is disappointing because I remember it being so good. Also they include their tip automatically on the check at 18% which is fine IF the service was good or at least average. Maybe that's why they don't try so hard. Just a horrible experience.
I chose to go here because we wanted Mexican and all other restaurants were closed except for Los Fernandez. Such a huge unexpected surprise. It was karaoke night! A small band was playing, tables laughing, mariachi band for the b-days that evening, loud music and karaoke. The food and drinks were reasonably priced along with great food. Best place I've been to in a long time. Awesome food awesome entertainment. Definitely going back
It’s a real nice nightclub; right inside the doors, they opened up, next to the restaurant! Also, the people that work there, are very attentive! The photographer takes pics here too!
When we walked in- somebody was behind the counter and did not say a word to us. We finally asked if we seat ourselves and he said someone will be out to seat us. After some more time passed someone came to seat us at s table. Then nobody stopped to ask us for drinks, our meal, or communicate anything with us. When we asked they said someone will be with us. After more time passed we decided to leave. Horrible horrible service!!!!
This used to be the best but now I had bad service our waitress would check on us then dissappear not a big deal but she went straight in the back and talk to other coworkers which we could hear we were the only people in the place and if I needed something I would have to wait for her to decide she should come back and this happened every time. And on top of it the food was not what It used to be. This was my favorite restaurant and sadly after this experience I will not be returning.
Where to begin, lol? Overall, it was a great experience. First off, there's plenty of parking. Which is a big plus in my book. Also the restaurant is very clean and the staff was super friendly. The food was awesome and reasonably priced; you definitely get a lot of bang for your buck, especially when you consider the inflation trend we're all suffering at the moment. Also, the food tasted like Mexican food; I had to include that detail. Sorry to say this, but from my experience, many mexican restaurants in the suburbs are usually watered down over priced garbage. Oh, and the live music was icing on the cake.The last time I went there, we celebrated my son's 18th birthday and he had a blast. The rest of my family was also impressed; I would recommend this as a family outing or even a date night.
Great food and drinks. Friendly staff and environment. Can’t go wrong with the shrimp cocktails and piña coladas that they have here.
