I went in actually before closing hours to pick up an Uber eats order and the manager was very very rude. Terrible customer service!!! There’s another kfc up the street, go to that one instead
This photo shows how disgusting the restaurant is inside, in addition to not having any hygiene, the boy who was preparing my food did not wear gloves and touched everything with his hands, he also made a figure with the sauce in the counter where they make the food and started taking out the salad with his bare hand playing with the food, I made a complaint and they still ignored me, then I asked to speak to the manager but she was not surprised and she did not care about my complaint. We all ask for the drive thru, I invite you to get off, it's very dirty. I would love for the supervisor of the manager of this establishment to answer me. My mother in law ate this and got sick.
Went to this location because we had not had it in awhile. Got 12 piece family meal with 3 sides. It was a whopping $40 bucks!! Chicken was old and flavorless, soaked in grease. The sides weren't bad but not the freshest. They serve up chicken that is hours and hours old. No aroma and flavor! Expensive for old food. Maybe this is why so many KFC's have closed and new ones don't open.
App order… I was the only one there, inside or drive thru, and they would not hand me my order at the drive thru. Also locked the door on the drive thru side and you have to drive quite a bit out of your way to get to the other door. It was raining and I have a foot injury, all they had to do was hand me my food out the windows.
It was good I didn't go in I got a extra Christy chicken breast and mashed potatoes and gravy,they give such a small portion of food great for me terrible for a guy
Rude staff will interrupt you while ordering, and then proceed to screw up your order. They wanted me to pay for extra sauce in cash because "there is no button to charge it." Won't be back
You only need to buy here once, and you’ll never buy here again. I ordered a 2 piece meal with coleslaw and mashed potato’s. I got what seems to be a kids meal. No coleslaw and a cookie instead. The chicken pieces were very very small. I paid almost $8. I just threw the entire thing in the garbage. Not worth eating. I went to Burger King. At least I ate a real lunch meal there.
Metal pieces in chicken, didn't receive 2 sides. Went back to fix order and get non metal chicken. Then given 6 pieces out of an 8 piece combo order. Paid full price to have order wrong twice and to have defective chicken. Do not recommend
Worst service ever!! They wouldn't let us go in to order. The lady told us we had to go through the drive thru. Then she tells us we have to come inside to pick it up. Seriously!? Don't go here. It'll take you 20 mins just to order.
