Service is ok.Fast but the place isn't very busy either
Went to go get jimmy johns at 7:45pm. They were closed despite their hours saying they close at 9pm.
Asked to build my own (using vegetables). They said it’s not Subway, and then started asking what vegetables I want??
Always have to correct them when making my order "I said no tomatoes" and have to wait over an hour for food to get delivered less than half a mile away. Worst Jimmy John's ever.
I went on my lunch break to order sandwich stood in line for 20 min to wait my turn to order. Only one person in front of me making big order. While standing one of the girls that was making sandwiches was touching her mask on her face adjusting and same hands same gloves was wrapping sandwiches…. I just wanted to puke…. Then same person was helping guy at the register and was touching register same hands same gloves than went back to her station to make sandwiches. Then another employee did same thing. I will never ever go there again knowing this and especially during covid 19 pandemic, let not to mention there is a big sign on the door no mask no service. Do not order from there do not go there they are nasty af!
Worst customer service. They do not put customer interest first. They think you are there to steal their sandwiches. Please beware and give your business to better place that go above and beyond or at least treat to nice. I am only referring to this address not all locations.

Refused to let me in to order with no mask. But the lady working wasn’t wearing a mask and when I asked her why she said I’m going to put it on right now. She made us wait outside called in to take order and still never put a mask on.
This restaurant is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a superb lunch, this is the place that comes first to my head. outstanding and all sorts of food and a rich cuisine.well mannered team, and nice mood. Also important, the bill is reasonable. I praise this spot with no doubt.
