Do Not order for business events/meetings/conferences. This location has proven time and time again that they are unable to meet delivery times and are consistently late. I’ve now taken them off of my business lunch ordering list as we wind up losing meeting time as lunch doesn’t arrive on time and we can not get started back up…When you try to call to figure out what’s going… no one picks up… so G/L.
Worst Jimmy John's ever.The woman immediately put me on hold. After ten minutes I hung up and called again.She put me on hold AGAIN.This went on for the four calls I put in.She FINALLY answered and before I could even say two words she tells me that they don't deliver to my house.But I've been calling the same Jimmy John's for years.I called the next one closest to my house and they were cool and did their thing.I'm happy the other one doesn't deliver here anymore.The smugness and arrogance this woman has is so wrong. I also work with human customers and I would NEVER treat anyone like that.Jimmy John's has lowered the bar way too much in Hoffman Estates.
I have been so disappointed with this Jimmy John's service this past year. I used to order from here in the past and would get the sandwich delivered within 30 minutes placing it online. But I've had them deliver my sandwich for more than 1 hour 15 min from the time I order three times already and they're just less than 1.5 miles away. Their excuse is they only have one driver and have 10 deliveries..... like it's my problem!! The very last time I'll be ordering from them!!!!
I'm extremely disappointed with jimmy johns. I live 1.5 miles from the store and half the time I get told they cannot deliver to me because I am not in their delivery radius, but sometimes they do deliver to me.... No consistency... What happened to this chain? I live literally around the corner from this place.

The manager of this establishment is incredibly rude and has zero customer service care. I have been here twice and each time I was given attitude by the same manager. I wish can can give a zero
Not the best JJ location out there. Not very courteous, even after making mistakes on my order.UPDATE: I've decided to change my 2-star rating to a 4-star rating. They've definitely improved their service and quality since my initial review. Happy to have given them another shot. Will keep going there.
I have been waiting 40 minutes for my order.I have called the restaurant 6 times...no answer.I would like my order canceled and my money refunded.Since no one will take my calls, perhaps this will get someone to contact me.
The past 3 times I've been here they forgot all my freebie add-ons and gave me the wrong size sandwich. I asked for a LITTLE John and they gave my full sized each time. At this point I am too tired to go back every time to get it fixed so I will not be coming to this specific location anymore.
My girl wanted a sub so I sent her the money to order Jimmy Johns she ordered, at 11:38 AM....by 12:44 PM it had still not arrived, at which point she emailed and immediately it was out for delivery....mind you we had both called the location several times only to receive a busy signal.....terrible service for a terrible sandwich
