Got my order completely wrong and the additude of everyone there was terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I've been going here regularly. The service is on and off. I've not complain up to now. Today they didn't have croissants or English muffins in stock. Fine, not the end of the world. But I asked the guy at the drive thru for couple of extra napkins. He didn't want to give it and top of showed such a bad attitude and insulted me to move my car from the drive thru. Pathetic.
Drive-through was fast & accurate.
Bad customer service! I went up the drive tru wanting to order and the lady (she was Indian) seemed like she already had an attitude. She told me to come up to the window when I didn’t even get to order. Once I got there I waited for about 5 mins or so wanting to order. The lady started telling me what I wanted to order and while I was telling her my order she cut me off and shut the window. I wasn’t even done ordering and she was rushing me. She kept shutting the window at me until I told her I have other things I want to add. It was about 5 things I wanted to order and she seemed mad that I didn’t tell her my full order from the beginning but she kept cutting me off. She seemed like she was in a rush when there wasn’t any other cars behind me. When she handed my order it seemed like she wanted to throw it at me. It took about 15 mins for me to just order and get the order. I wanted to just leave and forget the order but I really just didn’t have time to go somewhere else.
I went to this location and the attitude of the manger was disappointing and disrespectful. I will NEVER EVER shop or purchase anything from there people again. Go to the Starbucks. Do yourself a favor.
Always come here after/before work. Super friendly staff and always fast- for those days when running late. Amy usually takes my order and is very polite.
Very happy with the experience I had yesterday!I ordered two lattés yesterday afternoon, and on top of my order, they have me several FREE doughnuts!I know they're probably required to get rid of excess doughnuts at the end of the day, but it was very nice of them to give a few away for free to me ☺
We used their drive thru for coffee and donuts. Service was fast, queue was not long. The staff was friendly and efficient.
I was rushed to order!! The workers were rude seemed to be in a hurry!! It wasn't that busy. I ordered 2 orders of snackin bacon & pan cakes both were terrible! Bacon wasn't cooked and pancakes were over cooked! Wasted almost $15.00
Just went thru the drive thru and it was a less than wonderful experience. The person at the register was curt and not really friendly. Then my drink cost 2.24, I gave her 2.25 and she didn’t even offer my change. I get that it was only a penny but that’s basically stealing. If they make a habit of doing this it could probably add up to a tidy sum, a penny here, nickel there, etc. i didn’t appreciate it and won’t be back…
