Not the Dunkin Donuts Coffee I grew to love and yearn during the many years that I had indulged, it lacked aroma and it’s unique taste, was totally missing! The brew was weak seemed water down, maybe the coffee bean used was a different variety or a different method of brewing, was used, regardless I was very disappointed!!
I ordered several items but didn’t notice that I didn’t get a drink I ordered but I was already on the Highway. I came the next day and when I told the lady she blamed me for not telling them I didn’t get the drink….?? How much does it truly cost to replace a drink to satisfy a customer? 95% of customers are telling you their honest truth, but after looking at the reviews it is clear the staff/ownership treat the majority of their customers poorly.Each day you have the ability to change how you operate a business. Each day you have the ability to create a better environment for your guests. My hope is that something changes at this location. Online it shows the average owner of a DD makes $124,000 per year for each location. This one has a prime location and should afford the owner the ability to make much more than that if they decide to change the culture. My hope is that they do make that change.
I mobile ordered at this location at 8:40 and got there at 8:50 and they're not supposed to close until 9. I got there and they said they were close so now I have to go through dunkin customer service to get a refund and I used a free drink reward and now I won't get that back. This is extremely unprofessional I understand if I had placed an order later and they were unable to fulfill it but it was placed 20 minutes before they were supposed to close.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Walked in waited 10 minutes to never being greeted nor helped. Some lady helped another group of people who walked in after us simply because they were family.
Just stopped by this DD and and Indian lady who said her name is "julie" was very rude I asked for a cup holder and she said you have three ppl in the car to hold the coffee! This is not the first time workers are rude! DD you need to train your workers for better customer service! If I could give a -1 I would've definitely done it!
Extremely rude!! I've ordered the mini bagels and it's like they don't heat them. The outside is warm and the cream cheese cream is frozen. Another occasion I've ordered a toasted bagel and they don't even do it like I requested it, the same with the avocado toast.Lately the drive-thru takes forever and in the mornings the walk in option is not available. They have this location closed.I'm very disappointed with this store. I'm not coming here anymore.
Ordered avocado toast. Picture on the menu board shows 2 slices with tomatoes in n too. I got 1 slices of a small loaf and no tomatoes, cost was $3.50. Rip off! And I’ll be going back to ask why
Order plain bagel easy cream cheese toasted and cutt in half. I go to other dunkin so I figured all the dunkins are the same. When asked if she can cutt she said I'll give you a knife and you can cutt it yourself so then I said no its ok don't cutt it. When I got my bagel it was not easy cream cheese, it was not toasted but it was cutt but NOT with a knife it seemed like the lady cutt it with her hands. If I go drive thru it's because I can't cutt or spread my cream cheese. I'm paying for my food not getting it for free. Not happy at all.
Stay far away from this location. The employees don't care about their job. They lie, cheat and steal from members of the Dunkin app. I've already contacted corporate. Just don't go to this location. They are crooked!!!
Left office to get coffee, came at 9:30am on 03-11-2022 to find this location closed. No sign on the door, people driving through, walking to the door and leaving unserved. Spent 5 minutes in the parking lot observing customers coming and leaving. This is a big turn off for the business. Owner please reply here and explain.
