Nice employees
I went on a Saturday morning. The credit card machine wasn't working, but it was ok I had cash. I placed an order for a 4pc tender a 6pc tender and 3 Oreo brownie cupfections. I had to wait about 15min for the order, they had me pull up to the front of the store. The young lady who brought out the order had such great customer service and sincerity and humbleness about her, it didn't even matter that the wait was too long and that the order was wrong. I received two 4pcs instead of one 4pc &6pc. I asked for sauce which wasn't in the bag however she brought some out. The food was hot and fresh! I enjoyed every bite and wanted more! I will definitely be back!!!
New location just opened a few months. Good food and treats.Just heard they change they changed the hours. The inside is open until 9PM and the drive thru is open untill 10 PM.
The lady who took my order was very sweet but when I pulled around to the drive up window I saw and heard one of the other women screaming at her, and the drive up window was shut, than a young gentleman started to hand me the wrong order and the woman who took my order started screaming at him. I have never heard and saw such a horrible team relationship, especially in front of a customer. I will never go back to that location again.
Very very slow (new hoffman location). Just left there. 2 employees I saw working there. Male employee had his mask under his nose. Female employee no mask at all open mouth breathing on my blizzards... Left without our treats. This was our second and last time at the location.
Not nice to serve a banana split with spoiled bananas. Very incompetent after just opening up for business. Just lost a paying customer and many more. This is what you call bad business
