High quality as fast food goes.
Placed an order for pick up for my family 3 entrees with 2 large chips and guacamole. I grabbed the bag with my name on it and it was completely the wrong order. Looks like they mixed up the labels with someone else's order. I tried to call and was greeting with a robot and no way to speak to a human. Very disappointed.
Very content with the food and treatment by staff. More importantly, I left my bag and was greeted with it when I came back 1 hour later.
Haha...you must be ready to give your order at top speed?...fast service, generous portions, good food. The staff is too keen on speed to focus on smiles, but they're patient and friendly anyway, that works. ??
Always delicious and well prepared! Also reasonably priced.
Guy making the food was extremely sparse with the ingredients. Even when asked for more to be added, he would literally add 1 piece more of whatever you asked for. I would have gladly paid extra, but he was being quite passive-aggressively rude. Will likely not return to this branch.
I got a steak burrito bowl 5/18 and got a horrible case of food poisoning.

Two times in a row I have come here and they are out of food. 1st time they are out of chicken and the 2nd they are out of rice. Complete waste of time.
Very friendly and clean customer service. Everytime I go, they are serving fresh and tasty chipotle.
