Hilariously poor service.There were several staff members milling around, doing random activities (like sticking measuring instruments into the condiments, moving containers around, etc.).The teenager serving me just paused for several minutes while all this was going on. He didn't offer any apologies or explanation. He spoke so softly that I couldn't even hear him. Instead, he kept joking around with staff members, etc.This place desperately needs a shift manager who can whip the staff into shape.

I ordered a bowl, with EXTRA lettuce mind you and this is what I opened. This fake amerimex restaurant has the nerve to charge extra but can’t PROVIDE extra. Then their lines don’t work to call and complain because they KNOW their service is clearly horrible. Worst bowl I have ever been given.

Placed an online order at 8:15 for a 8:30 pickup. Not ready or even made at 8:30. Handed to me at 8:36 without even a sorry or a thank you. Got home. Was given steak soft tacos instead of hard shell AND missing an entire order of steak tacos. Went through the email app but kept getting disconnected. Drove back to the restaurant where I had to explain, I don’t know 5 times what the problem was. Was told they didn’t have hard shell, so they substituted soft. I don’t know, maybe ASK me I was standing right there! I would have ordered a bowl. Refunded my tacos with not so much as I’m sorry. And the girl who placed the bag in front of me really needs more training how to deal with people.Kudos to the guy standing next to me who said he was going to Jewel to get chips because they were out of those, too.Geez, why stay open?* it’s now been 10 days and the refund has not been credited to my account.* it’s now been over a month and the refund has not been credited to my account.

Went to the restaurant and ordered food for To Go.2 chicken rice bowl and 1 kids meal. after we came to home, when we opened the box, noticed that the white rice was not cooked properly and it was like a plastic rice. Tried to call the restaurant, it goes to the automated call where we cannot have an option to transfer call to restaurant. Waste of time calling multiple times. Again went to restaurant

What’s the point of pickup if you’re going to gate keep the orders behind the register and make me wait to get it? I waited five minutes to talk to someone about my order, told to wait an extra ten min and my order was sitting on the counter before I even entered the store the entire time.You’re cashier asked me twice for my name and waited 15 min for an order that was already made. Between both stores in the area having mediocre service I’m done trying to eat here.

Would be a 5 star if the chicken was cooked well. Hope it gets better next time. Please be a bit more cheerful when you greet customers as well

Never liked Chipotle and i can say its still just as bad as i remeber. Everything is over cooked, under seconed, and way over priced. The service was slow but nice. Ill come back in another 3 years to see if its gottrn any better

I ordered from online and to pick up. The staff wasn't helpful or friendly at all. My beverages were missing and when I asked for the cups and lids, the staff member was rude and demanded that I look for them behind me. When I explained that there were no cups on the shelf nor in the bag, I was scrutinized for looking in the bag. Very rude.

It's basically if you turned a sub shop into a burrito place, but you knew that. The food is ok, but at least you know what you're going to get. Service is usually accurate and always friendly.
