Hey burger king.... We order $30 dollars a food, you make us out drive around to order another $12 of food... Ok I understand.Then I ask you for ranch and buffalo sauce. You hit me with hey .28 cents each. Really? Then you decide to give me one of each. Only for me to have to turn around and come speak with you and your boss.Loyalty... Is this nonsense worth loss of clients? Don't forget you guys were closed cause no wanted to work for you for weeks. TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR THIS BUSINESS TO SURVIVE! It is not that hard. I promise we are not the only locals that feel this business is dropping the ball.We can only accept the flaws for so long especially after literally everything has doubled in price on you menu. Offer the quality service to offset the price!Lastly the Steven in your drive through will be the end of this business with his negative attitude. He may require a retrain. Ate there recently. Food was cold and tasteless. Fries had weird taste. And how do you screw up a Diet Coke??
I want to like this location so badly because it’s close to my house, but they just keep making it so difficult. It’s constantly understaffed and orders take forever. I don’t think I’ve ever actually been given my food through the window at the drive through. I always have to pull around and wait by the door. Currently typing this review while I wait, again.
Manager MANUEL is rude, very unprofessional and shouldn’t work here. Has no manners, was mad. Talk to me in bad words when trying to pay and flicked me off just because i passed first window a bit by accident. Very unprofessional and should definitely be fired from here. Will be contacting corporate about this ASAP.
Yikes! These prices! A Whopper meal should not cost $10+ when you can get a Chipotle burrito for $8, or an authentic Johnnie's Italian Beef for $6, both which have 2x the meat and 2x the quality.You're supposed to be the affordable option.Buns were stale too.
Only 2 cars in the drive thru & they still screwed up 4 burgers. The burgers had thumb indentations on them from being wrapped & my son's burger ha jalapenos on them. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Drive thru service was awful . The girl was trying to give us a med combo when we order a large and she kept insisting on give in us the medium ? we said no thats not what we paid for and then she just gave us an attitude. Last time was the manager taking orders and she was very unprofessional..Great location just needs to hire people that really want to work there.
Easy stop from Rt 90. Fries were fresh and hot. Actually burnt my tongue while driving, but I'd rather they be hot than cold.
Has to be one of the worst Burger King’s ever. Food is not cooked the right way. Either it’s over cooked like the nuggets and jalapeño popper’s we ordered or undercooked like the chicken sandwich I ordered. I would avoid this place at all cost. Just go somewhere else.
