Ariel, our cashier/waiter extraordinaire, was amazing & exceptionally friendly. He & a few of his fellow staff members assisted creating my own personal dish by replacing the grilled chicken on their Caesars' Salad with 5-inch beef slices accompanied with BBQ sauce. I suggest they call the new dish "Beef Caesars' Salad". You're welcome. It was delicious. Plus, we had four folks in our party & the total cost of the meal was under $60 including taxes & tip. This place is the best dining value in Hoffman Estates. Good times. After moving away from Chicago land I wanted a good Italian beef and sausage... The place I used to eat lunch at once a week somehow managed to increase their cost... As well as the time it takes to make a sandwich and fries... And then on top of it decrease the actual quality.... It's really sad and a shame when such a good thing becomes more expensive, takes longer and is not the same quality as it had been for years and years
Come hungry, leave with a buona. I really want this neon light of an Italian beef sandwich, wish they sold this item!
This place was recently renovated. It has more open view. Get the Italian beef sandwich or the combo which is the Italian beef and sausage. Don’t get the cheeseburger or the hamburger. The beef patty they use is really disgusting. Staff is frIendly. Place is well maintained
Very clean and nice inside. If you order a big meal or pizza, I highly recommend ordering online or via the app to avoid waiting in your car.
The food is great and it is not expensive. I usually take out. The one thing I think should change is to ask the patrons if they are members. I know it is boring to ask every person if they are members of the rewards program but that's how it is. Once you have a rewards program you have to ask everyone. Or why ask.people to join in the program in the first place.OK, since I am complaining about such a trivial thing, that means that I really like everything else and that was the only issue I had but it is very minor and they fully deserve 5 stars.
Great! A couple pasta dishes and a couple cheesy beefs. Always tasty and filling. Very consistent on quality and taste each time we are there.
I really enjoy Buona Beef, we are a longtime customer, ordering almost everyweek as I do not cook on Fridays but we may have to stop. The prices are going up, so is other places, but their servings are all shrinking. Almost no meat in italian beef, salad bowels have changed to much smaller. I get the increases due to covid, but dont charge more and then give less. Dont forget the average family is your customer, we cannot increase our pay whenever we want.
Better than Potillo's. Whenever I'm in Schaumburg, Illinois I get beef sandwich. They sell their beef frozen in various sizes. I don't live close so I stock up.
I was disappointed that my husband was denied alcohol because his driver’s license was expired. Illinois extended their renewal deadline until March 31st of 2022. I went ahead and showed Jason the Illinois cyber drive website. He simply replied that he has the right to deny alcohol. Well, we also have the option of taking our business elsewhere.
