Open until midnight, but no takeout available at 8:45…. Right. Also, I don’t know why they pay for a phone, nobody answers it, and when they use to they would mostly refuse ordering over the phone and send you to the aweful website/app ordering system. Best part is the credit card machine asking for a tip (if you somehow get takeout) because it really feels like employees do nothing for you here and it feels like management embraces it
Always good! My 3 favorite places for chicken wings in the NW suburbs : Buffalo wild wings, Hooters, and Tiger Chicken!
Waiter was very nice and attentive, food was good, (the trio chip and dip) the queso cheese was the best the rest was bland
Honestly, just go to another location or somewhere else. I just think this place is so understaffed. Food comes out at different times so there I was eating by myself while my friends waited 10-15 mins to get their food. Food was not great but it was hot! Waiter was nice. I know it’s not his fault. So 3 starts bc they are trying
Remember the times when you'd get together with all your friends or family at "BDubs" for some wings and beer during the big game or fight that night? Yeah that's done with. Food quality has seriously gone way down hill. Safe to safe I probably won't be going to a Buffalo wild wings again since they all seem to be this way now.
If you are coming here, in person, you should be fine, but don't bother trying to order online, or through any of the food apps, this location is always "out" of everything online, and they "play" with the cutoff time for online orders, apparently, since it changes(from one Monday to the next, not like a weekday/weekend thing). I'm assuming it's the same franchisee as the location on Randall, in South Elgin, because they pull the same stuff.
Haven't been here in quite a while because we don't have one local to Lake Zurich, IL. Had 12 boneless wings, 6 Spicy Garlic and 6 Wild! Fries on the side too. Everything was fantastic! Super delicious! I'll be back again soon!
The workers were nice and friendly. One waitress had supplied her own drawing activity for kids which was such a nice gesture of her and great pick for the drawing activity. My son had fun with it. There was a great deal for their Boneless BOGO. The chicken was quite breaded and didn't taste as good as before in the past. Worst part was the carrots! They changed their carrot sticks to the baby carrots. It doesn't taste the same and did not look appealing. Please consider the carrot sticks again. Oh, they also stopped the Buffalo chips so I order the potato wedges and was actually really good and partial crispy.
Horrible service. Only one waitress was serving. If you can't handle a full capacity restaurant, reduce the number of open tables. I am sure people will understand if you give them an approximate wait time and allow them to make a decision if they wish to wait or leave. No host on site and waited 10 minutes until we got seated. Once seated, we waited an extra 20 minutes to order. And the food, don't get me started. Super salty and the portions were ridiculous. Bww quality has gone down and this particular location sucked. Props on the waitress that tried to manage everything by herself, but girlllll, Nuh uh.
I appreciate the staff for always giving us a great experience during big UFC events on Saturdays. I am going to be completely honest I am one of those guys who sits during the entire event but I will eat there and give good tips for the time spent there. I rather spend $40-50 on food and watch the fight for free rather than paying for the fight at home and still having to pay for food.
