6/2022 3* Filthy and gross. Tables were all a mess. Men's washroom is closed and looks like it may be another year or two till they get to it. Tables were just full of food scraps. No place to sit and wait while waiting for your food. Unfortunately, it looked like there was one lady running the register and the kitchen. So that may be it.On the positive side! The chicken is some of the best I have ever had from any Browns. Golden, crispy, and delicious! And they serve Pepsi!!!
Most delectably edible chicken I have ever eaten across Illinois. I drive all the way from chicago to eat in here. Moreover it’s cost effective you can have your tummy full but your heart won’t.
I went to Brown's Chicken in Hoffman Estates. This place is amazing, their food is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing. Even though I was taking out, the owner of the restaurant Ali is amazing, we were just talking while the food was being prepared. If you love chicken or burgers this place has got it all! I know I will be back ordering their food again!
Whenever I have cravings to eat some bomb fried chicken I go this particular location. Food always on point. Good quality chicken. Great atmosphere, very nice staff and they never mess up the order. Highly recommended!
Accidently ordered from here instead of Elk grove village like usual...Bread was crunchy, mushrooms weren't cooked, beans were from a can and chicken was terrible, 1 person said it tasted like it was 2 days old. Cleanliness is also 1 ?, place could use a good cleaning. Sorry wish I could have said better things, was really looking forward to dinner tonight, huge disappointment
Great fresh cooked chicken tenders and mushrooms. Q: was mushrooms fresh or dried could not design tasted dried mushrooms. Young man was very nice.
Amazing food! Always fresh and cooked to order. The man that runs the establisment (Ali) is so accommodating and kind. Treats every customer as a top priority. Wonderful customer service and even better food. Our family’s favourite chicken spot.
Really friendly service, chicken and main entrées are great, but some of their sides need improvement, I enjoy their mashed potatoes and gravy but their Mac and cheese is just macaroni with nacho cheese put on top, fries can go back and forth with being soggy or unsalted, it goes on and off, biscuits are mediocre. Otherwise main course is still great and juicy! You'll enjoy it overall!
This has been my go to pick up spot for the last few months for quick bites. Their chicken is always fresh and tasty.Their zingers are a treat. please try their biscuits and gravy. Just as good as KFC or POPEYES.Very nice people. a must stop by place for halal eaters.
