Got carry out from there today. The burgers were excellent and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be going back.
The food is pretty good for sports bar food. The chicken noodle soup last night was excellent! Unfortunately, they are very short staffed and because of that service is very ow and spotty. Our server was pleasant and tried hard, but he just has too many tables to cover.
Good service but some of the patrons are idiots and the staff at the bar will not deal with them in any way shape or form used to like coming here until the staff kept letting those idiots in probably will not come here again
Went in for Dinner 2/12/22. Very off atmosphere, one larger table, and one other couple in at the time, we weren’t greeted when we walked in until finally bartender said to “seat ourselves.” After sitting for a few minutes the bartender asked my wife to come grab menus from the bar, which is not the way you should seat guests. After sitting for close to 10 mins and not having anyone come to our table, we left. Mind you this is a Saturday night. We won’t be back. Its the simple things, seating, greeting, taking drink orders…and even messed that up.
If any bartender hands you and old fashioned in a Collins glass with sugar coating bottom of the glass the bartender doesn't know what they are doing. Asked the guy for a water and a check he said he be right with me they proceeded to bang around on the counter. Bartender was looking up drink recipes on his phone. Made the most horrendous old fashioned I've ever had. Was completely oblivious to people waiting at the bar for drinks.
This establishment attempted an extremely high price hike to their menu, was unacceptable, claiming that they get charged higher prices by their distributors than the bar across the street, because they don't buy as much beer from them. When they were called out by customers to explain themselves, the management gave an arrogant answer about the"industry" which only irritated customers further
I had a beef sandwich delivered. Bread was fresh & toasted, beef plentiful & tender, melted cheese. Came with plenty of sweet green peppers and a container of au juice. Tots were hot & fresh. Quite a good meal.
Had them cater a lunch buffet and a breakfast buffet to my home over the holiday weekend. The food was AMAZING, the price was very reasonable, the set up was on time, and the presentation was outstanding! I highly recommend their services for the upcoming holidays or for simple family get togethers when you do not want to cook! Great people who truly care about providing an outstanding catering service!
This place has really good food and the service is awesome! Definitely give them a shot next time you are bowling in Poplar Creek!
