I guess I should have looked at the reviews before going here.... I would not recommend... No customer service skills AT ALL.... a little rude... Not welcoming ... No greeting.. no thanks.. bo acknowledgment..... Ordered because we were on the road ao long... And were starving... Tried here... And regret it.. fries were not edible at all.... The sauce for the chicken was delicious though.... Just the sauce... Thats why its 2 stars... The wings were hard... Over cooked... Tasted refried...the workers stared at us for a while just staring.... The vibe was just off in here... Will not be back... Will not give a second chance... Would not recommend
I just saw the guy drop a piece of chicken on the floor, pick it up and add it back the the bowl. DON'T EAT HERE!!!!!

This is the BEST I mean the BEST wingstop I have ever gone too. Pricey yeah, but extremely worth it. I come here every chance I get! Never a disappointment. I love love love this wingstop
The employees here are flat out incompetent and rude. I’ve been here multiple times and have waited for both an employee to help and for orders that weren’t ready by the promised time. Food quality is inconsistent. My orders have been messed up all the time. Any time I or my family complains we are met with harsh service.Do not waste your time here. Round Lake Beach and Waukegan have locations that are proper establishments.
This place needs a 0 star rating review. They will not have your order done in time. Ordered at 8pm showed up at 840 order hadn’t even been started. Tell me it’ll be 10 min 20 min go by and no free yet. Just got up and left. They didn’t bother giving an excuse why order wasn’t ready
Tried to call the place for a half hour starting at 11 went there at 11:30 the lady was Gabbing on the phone and wouldn’t serve me because they close at 12. Service sucks
The wings had a pool of grease at the bottom. They did not drain the grease off. I suspect also they had been fried once because it took longer for me to order the wings and some of the chicken was really crispy that should not of been. The cashier could not seem to understand I only wanted chicken and not a combo. The wings were not bad actually. I have tasted worse. If I do come again it will be earlier in the day and not an hour before closing.
