Gurnee, IL Wendy's, visited Friday April 15, 2022 11am drive up.Order was wrong, had to go inside to get it right. Brought food home...the Apple Pecan Salad was rancid! The blue cheese had spoiled! Right into the trash! Would give the the receipt information, alas, I was not given one. $32.32 Terribly disappointed!

An ok Wendy's. Drive thru is difficult to navigate and consistently jammed. Would help if ordering kiosk was further from pickup window. Tons of trash everywhere outside but that's omnipresent along this Gurnee strip. Indoor dining has finally reopened. Wendy's was one of the last chains to return to restrooms and refills.
Visited late Monday night. Was clean and ordering was fast and made to order. Food was excellent. Service was friendly. Dined in. Recommended for fast food.
Renz is great. Best frostyccino. He was at the window, this man should be making frostyccinos.Also, the girl at the drive thru 2/15 at 7:13 was dope. Id say call me but i aint giving out my number on google maps ?

There were no options for zero stars. And I quote “it’s the bacon that separates A baconator from bacon burgers…” also if you enjoy cold fries this place is for you.
Unfortunately, my order is almost always messed up, I can’t stand mustard, so I always ask my burger with out it. 8 out of 10 times it has mustard on it anyways. The staff is very friendly though! I can definitely understand the mess ups though, it’s super busy, very long lines! Everyone loves Wendy’s, that’s why!
Lot of drive thru errors at this location. Check order before leaving window. Also make sure you get the correct change.
Manager was aggressive and rude. Place was not very clean. We left and went to a different Wendy's that was nicer.
