Best drink menu for a chain restaurant
Why even charge 12% gratuity if the waitresses don’t waitress how they’re supposed to? Service was horrible, took forever to attend us. Food had no taste, i got the cajun shrimp and chicken pasta the flavor was off like if the shrimp wasn’t good anymore ? i ordered the buttered noodles for my kid & The pasta was hard and sitting in a pool of butter
It smelled musty. Where we sat there were holes in the ceiling that had black mold. Tables all scratched up. Mops and brooms in plain site. Floors under our table were sticky. My plate was stained. Our bill 80.00. This is not the Fridays I remember. Staff was not friendly. Over all a bad experience. Waitress walked by 4 times without asking if we wanted a refill on our empty drinks.Will not be back.
We were seated immediately on a Saturday at 6:30pm. Waiter came right away and was very attentive our entire stay. The meals were cooked perfectly and very quickly. I had the ribs/ shrimp combo with the loaded mashed potatoes and onion rings. My mom had the steak with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. We will definitely be returning to this location.
Excellent. I love the steak and the whysky sauce. The new appetaizzer with chicken is regular
Had not been here in a while. Seated right away. The service was great. Had the traditional wings with the whiskey sauce. They were very good. My friend had a burger and fries which was also very good. We shared the fried mushroom app. Recommend.
Hi TGI staff, you need some communication skills, if you are understaffed and slow in the kitchen let the customer know that. It was 45 minutes after we placed our order and we didn’t get a notification or update on why the food was taking long. The servers need to communicate that issue to the customer and not leave them guessing. Have some attentiveness and understand communication is the key to success. Whoever does the hiring here, have some quality control. Never coming here again, we came to Red Robin’s and they served us food in under 8 minutes!!
This place is racist. My guy tried going there three times within 2wks and they turned us around with some bs excuses. Meanwhile there were a lot of caucasians in the place each time we entered the door. So you tell me they're not racist people?

I've been to this Fridays before and had a better experience. This time the wait staff wore their masks on their chins and didn't seem to know much about the menu. They said some sides come with an up charge, so I asked if fries came with an upcharge and they said maybe I only work here 2 days a week. It seems like a management training problem. I'm sure things look at better with proper training. The food was great.
