So I get its busy and the times we are in .. So I went thru drive thru and was told to wait 5-7 minutes... ok, cool.. IT turned in to 25 .. yes, i could have left but was patiently waiting my turn for the pizza, lol. They get back on the intercom after 25 min ..because I was like HELLLLOOOO.. was told to wait 5 more min because lots of orders.. 5 min later NO PIZZA!! Like RUDE should have been told from the beginning!! Thought it was rude they found it funny also! RUDE place to stop by
Order combo meal and when I got to the window was given a medium drink. I asked why it wasn't a large drink and was told I need to tell them that when I order so they can charge me more. Combo meals always come with large drinks. I asked when this had changed and she just shrugged. Got home and checked online, combo meals still come with large drink. This place is a rip off.
For the past 2 mornings I have tried to get breakfast. However no one comes to the speaker after waiting for 5 min. Also before this there was a woman who I avoided going to this location cuz her voice was quite irritating honestly. She would make us repeat stuff I feel on purpose and had the urgency in her voice just a bit of an attitude. Love taco bell especially breakfast but nope not from here anymore.
Try to order food but after 8 minutes waiting on register no one showed up. According to f at lady costumer have to use automatic kiosk lol. They too busy on drive thru
The Most Excellent Chalupa Box, Why???The shells are full to the maximum fit of ingredients!!!! I notice stuff like this and when I pick up a box and it weighs in my hands like a sandbag, i get u er excited! So, that's my experience at this Taco Bell and as a matter of fact at every Taco Bell! Mexicans really like to Future families with abundance it's an honor to be indulging are there food.

Ordering from this Taco Bell is always hit or miss. I work nearby and frequently get the same order for my break (steak quesarito with no chipotle sauce). Sometimes it comes folded like someone who’s only job was to fold burritos personally handcrafted it. Others it has the look of someone only a mother (or frequent buyer) could love. Sometimes it’s 90% dry rice. Other times it’s evenly delicious. Today there was bits of onion in the cheese sauce around the edge. Will I continue to order from here? Yes. Will I continue to eat the same thing as long as i work nearby? Also yes. It all depends on what you prefer, and how hungry/drunk you are.
I had the best experience being waited on in the drive thru by Jimmy, who was personable, professional, and thorough, made sure my order was right. Good people make all the difference!
This Taco Bell is on the edge of Gurnee Mills mall near Grand Ave. I went in and in addition to the clerk, there are two food kiosks to order from. To be honest this is really efficient and a better option to customize your order. The store is very clean and organized. The food came out in a quick timeframe.
Pretty nice for a Taco Bell. Looks to be recently remodeled. Friendly staff and the food was made quickly and well.
