My bread was so hard I couldn’t eat it :( I also ordered a cookie and seems as if it was 3 days old. I’ll just stick to the subway on Durand in Wisconsin. Their stuff is always fresh and tasty. I’m so disappointed in this Gurnee Subway

This Subway ran out of food & the service was awful.
First time going to this location not from around here. The staff was very rude especially I think the girls name was Jennifer she got mad when I asked her to toast green pepper with my sandwich. And just continued to roll her eyes and gave an attitude the whole time for no reason. Very disappointed. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. and I hope others don’t either
