Food is good, shakes are great, service can be a little slow. but everything is being made fresh so it’s worth a couple of extra minutes. Just don’t order more than one large drink if you’re taking it to go, The cups are shaped weird and top-heavy and they just barely fit at an angle in their flimsy cupholders, and they can’t handle the weight anyway!
Stopped in for a treat before some shopping. Shakes were great, they always are. Definitely needed to wait for an extended amount of time even though we were the next order and we didn't have any food. Not a big deal though as we weren't in a rush and I sort of feel like things are supposed to move at a slower pace here, like it would have back when it was founded.
Staff was nice. You order from a kiosk which is convenient. The buns were stale and according to my daughter they had “the dirtiest bathrooms she had ever seen.”Seemed short staffed which is surprising in the current environment. The shakes were amazing as advertised in the photo.
I kinda just come for the cherry on top of the shakes. But left pleasantly surprised by the service i received. The employee that helped me out was “jullian”. He actually went out of his way to provide attentive and detailed customer service. I was surprised he wasn’t a manager. Definitely a company asset. Thank you for the customer service jullian. I appreciate it.
I can’t believe this chain is still in existence…awful since the 90’s…doesn’t seem to matter which location in any state…and if you attempt to go through the drive through at night forget about it…you’ll be lucky to get your order taken within 45 minutes or more.
My son loves the banana shakes. They had a great promotion 4 for $4 burgers and fries. Employee was rude when my son missed the sign he had to use the bathroom. They don't let you. If your open on the inside of a restaurant open your restroom please. If you like a greasy burger this is the place. I had onion rings not bad.
Very disappointed that it is kiosk ordering. Pick up your own order, you have to ask for things you need when you get your food. All our shakes were not good. My chilli Mac was really geasey. No one finished their food.We used to go there alot. Needless to say we will not be back
Great food always! Fast drive thru experience, I do miss eating inside there though. Was much nicer then. But it is great to see that the quality of the food hasn't changed at all.Keep up the amazing service guys!
Tried Steak 'n Shake for the first time and it was pretty good. The portions are spot on. Everything was fresh, too. The shakes are the best! It was my family's first time going. We ended up buying a shaker of the seasoning. We weren't sure if they had packets or not. Service was friendly, so we ended up topping $20 on top of a $35 order. They ended up forgetting a sauce and the ice cream was wrong but still good food. I ordered the chili mac and was expecting chili mac and cheese but it was like spaghetti. Interesting but it tasted good. Would go back!
Another very sad story for the food zone in my charts, this place was really bad, the #10 was over the unique touch of garlic and salt!!! both orders were very very very greasy and for sure not worth my money in this place at all....Sign to advised people for no dinning in doors should be larger for the driver knowledge before park... TOTAL FAIL IN THIS VISIT.
