The last 6 months I've gone inside they have been way behind and don't seem to listen to what you ask for. I've dropped my rating because of this. My two last visits I've waited 15 minutes or longer, been asked multiple times what my order was. Had people who ordered after me get there order before me and they have gotten my name wrong both times. I'm extremely tired of people not listening to what you tell them. They apparently do not care at all. Costs way to much $$$ for this kind of service. I'll go to a different location or just not go.
I’m giving them one star and not because they had made our drinks wrong, but the way they handled the situation.We had ordered 2 venti drinks and a grande frap. The venti’s were made as grande and when we asked about it, Adam got upset he had to remake our drinks that said Venti on our stickers. He aggressively grabbed our drinks and dumped them down the sink before remaking them correctly. We don’t understand how poor customer service was given when we treated the employee with respect in letting the employee know that our drink order was made wrong and if we could have our drinks made correctly for what we paid for. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered poor customer service at this location, but will definitely be the last time we visit this location.
Great staff!! This Starbucks had everything stocked. And was easy to get to on my way out of town!
It’s Starbucks so ya know, mostly the same as the other Starbucks I’ve been to. Coffee was good and hot, staff friendly. Wait at the drive through usually pretty long as there’s just a million people who need coffee all the time.
Don’t bother asking for your drink to be made the way you like it. They ignore you and make it terrible regardless. If you ask for light ice, you’re still getting half the cup full of ice. If you ask for extra sweet, you’re still getting a bitter drink with no extra classic. If you ask for lemonade, you’re getting water. If you ask for a flavor shot, lol you’re not getting one… BUT you still paid for everything you asked for. That’s the zinger. Shame on you guys.
I like this Starbucks, but they’re sometimes inconsistent with their drinks. I asked for light ice and extra lemonade in my drink and they gave me no ice and barely any lemonade and this usually does not happen, even with a long line.
Always a line because it's a fantastic location but it moves fast and the staff are outstanding! I love this Starbucks because of their great service quality, just darn good peeps!Wonderful tasting coffee and desserts, I hope this location does very well in 2022 and beyond. Go Starbucks!
This Starbucks is literally my favorite because of Angelica. She truly is the most attentive and phenomenal barista I've ever encountered. Her personal recommendations are on point. Always with a sweet tone and smile on her face! Is worth the extra 15 minutes!
Slow slow service. Very subpar drink - warm water with a taste of chai for $$$. Keep raising your prices and lowering your standards- time to start looking.
Like many other Starbucks locations, I received great/friendly service along with great tasting coffee.
