If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Other employees there are sweethearts. I don’t live near gurnee but I always take the time to drive there because of the astronomical service they give. 1000 out of 10 I recommend!!
Service is always molasses slow here And drinks are absolutely terrible. Went to Macys Starbucks for great service and great tasting drinks.
Terrible, this location is ran by children. They’re literally laughing screaming and running around the back while they have a line full of customers. I’m assuming this is where a lot of high school students work. I also want to mention that they don’t except Apple Pay you either have to have a hard card or cash. I’ll never be here again.
Horrible service - Coffee was gross!!
Stopped by today and saw long line. Anticipated it to be a long wait and just a mess — wasn’t the case at all though. Extremely efficient, correct orders, reasonably staffed, and friendly.

Did a delivery to Starbucks— the staff and management was PHENOMENAL!!!! Hands down amazing Starbucks!
Placed my order went to pay via my app and was informed by the employee that they don’t except the app due to this location having a contact with the mall. They didn’t even give me my receipt so that I could get my points applied to my account.
