Me and my Aunt went here yesterday since I felt like craving some Pizza, my aunt ended up ordering two hot dogs and some fries while I got a slice of pizza. The guy who took our order didn’t seem happy at all, so my aunt pays for the pizza and we both get drinks as well the cups are really small, but I was very surprised to get a big pizza, so I eat the pizza it’s a mix of hot and cold it tasted alright but the one thing that really made me upset was the crust was very hard which made me feel like I shouldn’t eat it anymore. My aunt gets her hot dogs 10 minutes later, she tells me the hot dog tastes good, but the bun is hard. How can crust, and hot dog buns be hard? It’s so hard to believe I wish the workers were more friendly, will not come again.
Like MANY others, I have always found the people working in this store to have attitudes and over the years they have screwed up more than their share of my orders. But today the rude tattooed girl insisted I sign a receipt even though I have NEVER done so in several years of ordering online from this place and I left without my order. That was basically strike three and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN and neither should any of you reading this review. Lots and lots of other pizza joints with better food and way better service. #GoJimanos
I was at six flags great America a Saturday night and was looking to get a late bite with some friends. Most all the restaurants were closed or about to close, except for Risati's pizza so we ordered over the phone for pickup, while waiting for our pizza I asked the young lady at the register what time the closed and said they were already closed,but we could sit in the restaurant's waiting area to eat if we liked so we did and we enjoyed that pizza nice and hut right out of the oven..
The food was good as usual but honestly my experience was ruined by a rude delivery driver & an apathetic manager.I asked for contact free delivery as I wasn’t feeling the best. Driver insisted I had to come outside & sign for my credit card, which I did. Then when I complained about him not following my direct request, he yelled “don’t kill the messenger!” Then he started swearing.Next was when I asked his name, he snarled “Clay, like it says on your receipt”…Well surprise surprise, no name but it does say “please leave on front stoop”.The manager, Nick, who answered my call said “well I just won’t send delivery drivers to your house anymore”. Ummmm what? How about thank you for your business & I’ll reconsider using this specific driver in the future. He did apologize but it felt very shallow.
I have eaten inside many times and the place is darling ? From the Hot Dog to the Chicken to the Pizza...You can't get any better. ? The best delivery man who never gets instructions from the phone clerk? I recommend this place ?
The customer service was honestly terrible. The guy (man bun, didn’t catch his name)at the counter was rude and acted as though we, paying customers, were an absolute inconvenience. We probably were, since he had to get off his cell phone in order to take our order. ??
My family ordered from Rosati's for the first time last night and we were impressed. The woman who took the order via phone was so polite and was willing to answer any questions I had. She suggested their "stuffed" pizza. We ordered that, an order of garlic cheese bread, fried ravioli and soda. It arrived at our hotel after about 40 minutes and it did not disappoint! The sheer amount of cheese on the pizza puts Wisconsin pizza to shame. WOW! The pizza was massive. The sauce was on the sweeter side, but still good. The raviolis were my favorite part. My husband liked the garlic cheese bread. Everything was delicious! We also appreciate that the staff sent along plates, napkins and utensils. We are traveling with two young kids so this helped so much! There was also a heaping amount of parmesan and pepper packets. Overall, highly recommend! Great service and food. So glad we gave this local spot a try!
Just want to give a shout out to Rosati's. Nick (order taker) and not sure of the delivery driver's name however he was just a card! I placed an order on DoorDash (not realizing I was close enough for them to deliver) as I'm newer to the area. The dasher passed to another dasher stating the tip wasn't enough to warrant wasting 30 minutes of their time waiting for the food. The tip amount was the suggested tip it defaulted to so wasn't a bad tip. I canceled with DoorDash after finding out Rosati's delivered. The gentlemen at Rosati's were just wonderful, fast and patient. THANK YOU!! Truly were our hero today!
Got 2 meals, lasagne and ravioli, tiramisu. Had to go back for the tiramisu, wasn't in bags. Then had to go back again for salads they did not give which were supposed to be included. Pretty frustrating. Check your order while there.
Usually order from Lindenhurst location which is always delicious, ordered this from Uber eats because it was the only one available. Chicken Alfredo was disgusting threw the whole thing away, missing extra garlic bread that was paid for and the one we did get was so burnt it was black. Never ordering from here again! Horrible food
