I placed a curbside pickup order and put the wrong phone number in to contact me. When I went to pickup my order, Ines came to my car to let me know that they didn’t have what I ordered. I told her anything worth the amount I spent is fine with me and she brought out a box of pastries worth more than what I paid. It was a selfless act that absolutely made my day. Thank you, Ines, for your great customer service!!

First time here since the Round Lake Beach location was out of items. Ordered for pickup, wasn't ready (and had an email saying it was delayed) when we got there but we waited a bit because it seemed they had a lot of orders so we gave it some time. Anyways, a little wait, not a huge deal. But, when we finally got it home, a bagel and cream cheese was missing, and the oatmeal had hair and parsley in it. If you have to wait then it should at least be accurate.

I hadn't been to Panera in awhile, and on an empty stomach, I decided to stop by the Panera in Gurnee. Sandra was amazing. She greeted me with a smile, suggested what to get (since I hadn't been there in so long) and off I went with my sandwich, soup and bag of bagels....unfortunately I forgot a bag there and I called to see if they forgot to give it to me. They gave it to me....I just happened to leave it on a table while I was waiting for my order. She actually emailed me a voucher for next time. In all my years of going to Panera (or any restaurant), I have never met such a personable, kind person that offered to do something so sweet. Sometimes its the smallest acts of kindness -that makes an experience memorable.

my friend ordered a half sandwich and they put almost no sauce, not nearly enough chicken and no onions. I work at the Panera in Kenosha so I know how it's suppose to look and it looks like they threw it on and made it in 3 seconds. my sister said it looked like **** or grabbed from the garbage. when we showed them they didn't fix or remake it. they gave us a side of onion. worst service I've seen.

Haven't had anything from Panera since they stopped selling my favorite cream cheese and will not try again. Spent $25 for soup half salad and half sandwich. The soup was good but the size was small (this is their “bowl” in the picture). The half sandwich and salad definitely not worth the price. It didn’t taste like much and not to filling. Maybe it's better fresh at the store rather than delivered but I will never find out. Hard Pass. Highly disappointed.

Very unhappy with this location lately. The service has gone down and you have to wait for long periods of time regardless if u use the automated check in or the desk. There was a team of girls there all hanging around the pick up desk with no mask. Not one employee said anything to them. They were serviced before us even though we put in our order like 5 minutes before they even arrived. I would rather drive to another town and go to another Panera rather than the Gurnee location. Employees are not helpful they do not know the menu and overall it seems every time we go to this location the service gets worse. I like Panera just not this location

I really had a great service rep. Can't say enough about how great the soup is.....only the serving size is very nominal. Not a lot there...seems over prices for the portion given. Loved the soup but may not go back

A descent panera bread. located in the heart of Gurnee near the Gurnee mills. Clean and friendly stuff. Inddor and outdoor sitting arrangement.

Stopped by on my way to the movie theater to grab my favorite sandwich. The sandwich I got had globs of mayo on it, so much that even after trying to eliminate all the mayonnaise it was still drenched in it. I almost think it was done intentionally because it was as if someone just poured half a bottle on the sandwich. I called and spoke with Ian who was very pleasant and he was willing to replace it for me. I let him know I would try to make it back before they closed, but we were on our way to the movies. I was not able to make it back in time so I figured I would just call the next time I ordered. I order almost daily. I called today and the lady that answered was so rude. She offered to replace the sandwich THIS TIME as a one time only type of thing because "we don't normally do that" because we have too many managers. She said they usually give vouchers. Then she went on to say they have burned before... Not sure what that had to do with me. I offered to give her the information from my receipt but she declined. She also had a condescending tone. NOT COOL! She replaced the sandwich and this time I asked for mayonnaise on the side and this time there was no mayonnaise. I give up, this location just cannot seem to get orders correct. They either put ingredients you don't ask for or don't give you ingredients you do ask for. I was willing to work with them until speaking with that rude lady today. BTW lady you should probably speak with Ian about the process he should be following instead of treating me like a liar. I'm not supporting a business that is not willing to fix their errors in a decent manner.

Sandra the manager was simply fabulous from beginning to end. She went around and made sure our food was good after we were eating. I even had an issue with a man that was there that addressed my 11 year old daughter. I felt so uncomfortable and so did my little daughter. Sandra was so professional and handled it so well . I'm glad she did because there would have been a problem with me and the man. Panera needs to give her a raise with a promotion. There are not many people out in the workforce like Sandra that is the total package. Thanks Sandra the manager for making our experience a memorable one. Kudos to Sandra!!!
