I use to be a regular customer but not anymore. Last time I went in they didn't have fried rice so I asked what my options are besides chow main and white rice which I don't like. They wouldn't substitute anything else or give a discount for not having the fried rice. They were also rude. A time before that the orange chicken was not made right and tasted horrible but were serving it untill I told someone. Check your food before you serve it.
We stopped in 35 minutes before they closed. We watched as she made 3 meals for the gentlemen ahead of us before she told us they would NOT be cooking anymore food. There was 3 of us. My youngest granddaughter took the scrapping from the pans and myself and other granddaughter had nothing. She didn't even have the courtesy to let the 3 people who came in behind us know there was no food. The gentleman behind us was very angry. I'm sorry but it doesn't take long to cook....oh but the had the stoves almost clean so they could get out early!! Very disappointed. ??
Food was good. What I found very rude, is if you were younger you didn't need a mask to get served. But if you were older you had to have a mask

I stood in line for 10min. When i finally went up to toe counter i was rejected for not having a mask. I stood there for 10min wirh no problem. Then all of a sudden its a problem? A police officer was standing behind me with no mask either. Yet they took his service without a mask. So i guess i should starve then since i did not buy a mask. I am very disappointed and will not have service with Panda Express anymore.
I’m all for not keeping employees past their work hours. I went to panda 45 minutes before closing and they said they weren’t cooking new food. There was not enough food for any one of my family members to eat. The food should be filled and cooked until towards the end of the work shift to accommodate customers. I understand not cooking prior to 20 minutes before closing but our timing should have not been effected. Also, in the past they’ve been under staffed and the lines are very slow.
Service became horrible the last couple of years!!Ordered 4 egg rolls along with two plates, never got the egg rolls, called, they first apologized and said they will give us 5 if we come back, which is an inconvenience since we do not live around the corner. They called back two minutes later and argued that they gave us the egg rolls and they are in the bag!! Wouldn’t listen to me saying I don’t have them and kept insisting that they are in the bag! Then stated: fine come get your four egg rolls! To which I said that they were going to give us 5, response was: fine we’ll give you five!! Just ridiculous!!!
I'm happy this place offers delicious Chinese food fast paced and good price. A plate comes with fried rice or noodles and 2 entrees for less than $10! Can't beat that
After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was told it would be 30 more minutes before they had white rice. I waited only to be told there was a problem and it would be another 30 minutes. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
