My sister and I had an amazing time here as it was our first time eating at an olive garden. Breadsticks were so good and gnocchi soup is the best. Shrimp scampi was also great and our waitress was really nice. It was a saturday and we only had to wait 15 minutes to be seated.
I dined in during the week with a very large group; the servers handled the large group really well and we had a great dinner. The food was great! The servers were very friendly and patient with our large group :)
We got in fast, the place was clean. The best service I've had in Illinois. The waitress was attentive and made us feel like a priority in her job.
On line ordering was easy. Order was correct, hot and on time. I used curbside pickup. I ordered the chicken marsala. It was one of the most tender breasts of chicken I've ever had, and there were 2 in the order along with the fettuccine. Huge salad with dressing on the side, so it doesn't get soggy. I will absolutely return.
We ordered online for car side pickup. The online order process is simple & convenient. Our food was excellent. Everything was delicious & was done in a timely manner. 5 stars!
I ordered a lasagna family meal for curbside pick-up and I can't tell you how surprised and happy I am about the results. First of all pick-up was fast and easy. Second the portions were huge! It can feed a family of 4 with leftovers no problem.So glad I decided to order from here. Definitely will again.
I had a wonderful evening dining with friends at the Olive Garden to celebrate my birthday. Within 2 minutes after being seated, our waiter came to our table. From the onset it was evident that he was a courteous professional waiter who innately made us feel at home. I feel that his exemplary characteristics enhanced our meal and indicated that he is the epitome of an outstanding waiter. Our waiter was Daniel and the next time I dine at the Olive Garden I will request Daniel to be our server.
The food's good
The table was dirty, it had food on it and crumbs. Breadsticks were so salty I almost couldn't eat them. The lettuce was old. The Server was great. The food looked good but made us very sick. ?♀️ these restaurants used to be the bomb back in the 90's. Used to have a great ambiance! Now I would compare it to Chilli's. ? I'm so disappointed.
Thank you Stephen Heroux the GM at Olive Garden Gurnee. The GM was even working on Christmas Eve when I went in. I had a complaint at first with miscommunication on trying to place an order. Stephen fixed and resolved the issue even under pressure of the holiday rush. Very impressed, I felt like I was his own relative when he helped me. I believe the way he handled the issue respectfully is how he treats every customer that comes in. He is Definitely an asset where ever he works. Merry Christmas.
