Just the fragrance alone is intoxicating. Lite and airy informal eating area with chess sets build on their tables adds to the ambience of the room. Great products!If you haven’t been in one of these shops it’s time you go.Please click on the like or thumbs up.

Great Place!!! Ice cream, milk, juices and much more in the place. I wish parking Lot was bigger but it's fine. Amazing customer service and place is clean.
Products we ordered were very delicious and staff was nice but even though we ate there they still used to-go containers instead of glasswear (like they use too)which is disappointing for 2 reasons. 1 the containers will end up in a landfill and for 2 the ice cream and shakes just tast better and hit different in glass then waxed paper and plastic to go containers.
Coming from Wisconsin I've never been to an oberweis store but I will definitely make the trip down to enjoy it more often. Great selection at an okay price (spend about the same at a froyo place from my experience) the staff was friendly and speedy. If you're in town I definitely recommend giving them a try!
I was all about being patient.We all know that most restaurants are struggling with staff.As I opened the door, I saw that there was only one employee behind the counter.He made eye contact with me and said... nothing.Not a : "Hi, I will be right with you."Nothing.I stood waiting.I took the tops off the bottles that I brought back to be recycled.He looked at me again.Nothing.I was the only person at the counter.There were two people sitting having a chat.And nothing.He walks by me to a freezer... nothing.Finally, after 6 minutes (I watched the clock) he walks to the register, looks at me and says: "7 bottles with a lemonade?"Me: YesHe takes the bottles, gives me my money and proceeds to turn his back to me.I won't be going back.The 2 stars are for the awesome lemonade.
I came in for an Uber eats pick up and there was no customers. The order I came in for wasn’t ready and 5mins later another order for pick up here popped up before the previous order was done and more people came in. I accepted the order and let the staff member know that I got another order when he handed me the first order I came in for. Since 3 people had came in and placed an order at the same time as my new order, the manager told me that the other staff member can’t work on it since there were other orders before that one. The second order was easy too, just a double scoop ice cream. This location will now have a unhappy first customer with a semi cold shake and a unhappy driver that won’t come here again since they don’t prioritize online orders nor have them close to ready for pick up when you arrive and there’s no one there.Edit- 1st customer didn’t receive a cookie that was on the order and I had mentioned it to the staff if the cookie was in the bag. His shake was basically liquid & they didn’t offer to redo it since they made me wait for longer than a half hour on a order he did in 2mins
Strawberry topping was frozen. Ice cream was blah. It was our first visit there and we were not impressed.
They have the best cookie dough ice cream I’ve ever had. Very good service at this location as well.
I have visited this location multiple times. Every time I have visited, I received great customer service and did not have a single complaint despite seeming understaffed at times. They always earn the tips that I leave them.This is a great store! Definitely recommend!
