This location has been messing up a lot lately. The last couple of times we have there it has been a bit frustrating. Either they are over staffed and people are all on top of each other and it's a bit counter productive or they are understaffed and takes forever to get our food out. The chicken in our pasta was burnt and the noodles were overcooked. I love this restaurant but this particular location needs to step it up.
My wife, my son, and I all decided to go to noodles and company as it has been my wife's pregnancy craving. Imagine, if you're not pregnant, just wanting ONE thing more than anything else in the world...something that satiates and satisfy your deepest food desires...well, that, today was Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. She was absolutely elated when we pulled up. Pregnancy dancing in the parking lot; Cheer and joy on hee face as we ordered and began what the longest wait time for a bowl of Mac & Cheese in existence. 57 minutes. Fifty-Seven minutes of wait time with my pregnant wife and bored 5 year old. Can you imagine the suffering this place has put her through...the sadness?! Unreal. We will not come back. The employees seem to be lost and untrained. There was no greetings or even receipts handed out. The tabletops were not clean and the trash was overflowing. The bathroom was equitable to a portajohn at a festival on a hot summer day. There needs to be some serious retraining to make sure the pain and suffering caused today will not be repeated. Thx.
A mistake was made while preparing my order. the staff was very apologetic, sincere, and did everything they could to make it right. It was a small error and I didn’t sweat it, but they offered me a free rice krispie. Multiple different staff members checked on me while I enjoyed my meal. Restores my faith in humanity. I know it’s something small and they’re doing their job, but I am so appreciative of peoples kindness and generosity. Thank you!!
I like their snickerdoodle cookies! One of the yummiest cookies I’ve ever eaten in my life. Aside from that the place is pretty ridiculous. On more than one occasion I have waited 45 minutes past the promised pick up time for an order that was placed through a delivery app. And for the life of me I cannot figure out why it could possibly take so long to make a bowl of buttered noodles. I have visited there dozens and dozens of times in the last two years, and have only found the food ready when I walked in maybe twice. I know if I am picking up an order from there I need to expect to wait at least 15 or 20 minutes. From what I’ve heard from other delivery people in other parts of the country, this problem seems to be location specific. So I don’t know if it’s a management problem or a personal problem but somethings not quite working right there. It’s extremely popular, the food is pretty good. But if you want to visit or order online, expect to wait a really long time. And if you’re ordering for delivery don’t forget that your driver is not being paid to wait, make sure to thank them for investing extra time in your order!
We visited this location today (5/13) around 7:15pm even with the locations POS systems down we were easily able to place our order online. The manager on the floor came out to check on us and was super friendly. The whole team working was very organized and fast! They were super busy and managed to get orders out one after the next. We were impressed. Great job team!
Horrible customer service. I made two orders and specified that. The first one was a kids max and cheese. The worker asked me what sides i wanted. The second was a regular max and cheese. The order came out as chicken noodle soup and no max and cheese. Got the regular max and cheese though. I payed for the kids max and cheese and didn’t get it. Had to pay again to get my food. When confronted, the manager I'm assuming and one of the workers got very defensive and started an argument. Made a situation that was very small very big. Not coming here again.
Mac n cheese was dry. Broccoli was not done. Krispie treat was not soft.
Yummy ? great price and food ?
We ordered our meals at 1:47p and weren't given them until 2:10p. Had they told us before we ordered that they were busy, understaffed, ect and that it was going to be 20 plus minutes we, at the minimum, could have decided to order or leave. 20 plus minutes for fast food seems a touch unreasonable.Otherwise, the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Mac bowl was okay.
Went there with a friend of mine for the first time and was immediately greeted with a smile and welcoming to the store. The worker Mikey was absolutely amazing to my friend and I and I will definitely be returning!
