Cheese is one of the main ingredients and I expect cheese to be one of the powerful flavors on my baby. I mean it’s not pizza without the cheese. The lady barely sprinkled cheese on my pizza and turned around quickly saying, “I’ll meet you at the register.” And I insisted, “can I get more cheese please!?” And she again barely grabbed any cheese and sprinkled like 4 shred pieces of cheese and this is the second time she does this. When someone asks for more cheese give them more cheese lady. ? Others have asked me, “is this okay?” And I appreciate that. It’s considerate. I don’t want an over load of cheese. Just enough cheese to compete with the toppings. It needs another handful. I feel like a cheese Karen but come on!!! I had a long day of work and I just wanted my pizza how I like it. Not how you think I should like it. Xoxo
This was my 3rd time at this location. The first 2 visits blew me away with the accuracy and ease of ordering. This time around I was rushed by the employee assembling the pizza. First of all, there is not a list or signage with the ingredients. I was calling out the ingredients I wanted from their app. I could tell the employee was getting annoyed. Not my fault. I get that they want speed but when they compromise my order that's totally wrong. Secondly, I know the employee skimped on the ingredients this time around. I get the same toppings each and every time and I know how it should look. I will be back to give them one more chance and if the "hurry up" continues I will never return. Lastly, "garlic rub" means just that .... Take the garlic and "rub" it into the pizza dough .... Don't just toss it on. Geez, train your employeesThumbs down on this visit ??
I loved MOD since the Gurnee location opened. I haven't had it for awhile since moving out to the city and I had my first negative experience just tonight. The plates were dirty, tables sticky, and trash overflowing with something dripping onto the ground. Four employees on the floor but only one person actively working. The service was rude, they rushed me while I decided what I wanted on my pizza, and they had an accusatory tone towards me for wanting certain things. What baffled me was their complete change of attitude and total friendliness toward the white family behind us. I'd give them a negative rating if I could. Do not recommend.

The pizza was delicious! It was my first time there, and it was so hard to pick what to get on the pizza! There's so many options to get, and really good sauses too! Highly recommended! :)
The pizza was excellent. They had a great selection of toppings. The sauce was tangy and fresh.
Food quality was ok, staff seemed to be new and was very frugal with the toppings, and what little toppings there were, were all in the center. Pizza tasted good after I had spread everything back out. Bad review but worth another chance.

The pizza and the salad were both tasty. The ordering process was efficient. The employees were friendly. The place had a bit of an offputting smell and wasn't as tidy as it probably should have been, which diminishes the experience.
