I get a #4 with cheese its great every time
Very bad experience with online order with delivery. The order took over 1.5 hours to arrive and when it did items were missing.Update:The store did try to make it right providing me with free cookies and credit. But it was still an inconvenience, however I'm adding a star for that
We went to this Jimmy Johns last week and had a very bad experience. It is the 2nd time we have a bad experience in this particular JJ’s. We wanted to give them a 2nd chance. Big mistake! They still have VERY rude employees, they are not clean, and they’re always in such a hurry they don’t make your sandwiches carefully. They throw condiments on the bread as if they were throwing garbage inside a garbage can. So nasty! ? And, absolutely NO manners, bad customer service, just awful! That was it for us. Never again ??
Couldn’t stop throwing up after eating here, stomach ache for hours
Ordered using the mobile app from the parking lot and by the time I walked my order was started and ready for me in a couple minutes. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious.
