Last time i placed an order online i got a call over an hour later!! Saying they had no drivers. I i called a head his this time and rude impatient employee mumbled a bunch of incoherent words then hung up. ORDER ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
Completely rude workers who refuse to take your order even when the store is completely empty. They just completely stand in circle talking until you leave
The young man had my food ready and told me to drive safely in the weather conditions.
Maybe it's due to the situation of the current times, but countless times after ordering online, I'll receive a call stating that they have no delivery driver or if delivered the sandwiches taste off. I really like jimmy John's, what a shame.

So delivery zone is super small waste of time
Every time I want to order or place an order, there isn't any driver or they are backed up. What happened to freaky fast delivery???!!!! This location sucks and since they did the territory line, I can't order from another location. Jimmy John sucks... this isn't the first time. This happens very often.
I went to buy 35 sandwiches at 10:20 in the morning on Wednesday 10/13/21 and I asked for delivery service; 2 employees told me that they will not deliver it, so I asked how long will I have to wait, they told me that the earliest time was going to be 1 pm. I called the Jimmy Johns located in Fountain Square and they did the 35 sandwiches within 1hour and the most important with a smile at their face. I will not recommend this location to no one.
