Traveling through back home to Wisconsin. We love chicago style deep dishDecided to give these folks a try. Unfortunately let down. It was not deep dish more bread than actual ingredients. Unfortunately paid in cash and was late night. Called next day person on phone could barely explain how they me their pizza. $45 lost cant get back. Will not go back. Either stick to Giordano or ask how it is made before ordering.

Been getting pizzas here for over 5 years and never had an issue until tonight. Ordered extra pepperoni and extra sauce. There was barely enough pepperoni on the pizza and still be able to call it a pepperoni pizza. And while the pizza did have a little extra sauce, it didn't have the usual amount of extra sauce that I had been getting in the past. Not a big deal about the sauce but when you charge extra for extra pepperoni, I expect to get what I paid for. And then on top of all that, there is now an extra $0.99 charge for ordering on line through the web site. Seriously? We have to pay extra for a "self checkout" service now? As i said I have been getting pizzas here for a long time, so maybe this was just an off night.
Love the staff here, friendly, courteous (which is a rarity) and willingness to help. They have my business and I will recommend to anyone looking for a great pizza.
Pizza was hot and good. So were the bread sticks. Ordered a 2 liter of Pepsi as well which was chilled. Could have used a little more sauce on the pizza, but that might just be a personal choice.
Pizza was good, now it is below average. and expensive...Will not be buying from THIS Jimanos anymore!!
This used to be one of my favorite pizza places. Unfortunately their service has dramatically declined lately. They've messed up my order on two separate occasions and I had to wait 30+ minutes for them to fix it. Very disappointed.
Wait... this pizza is so good here!!! ... my daughter choose this place... just delicious... she ordered a large thin cheese, ground beef, jalapeno and spinach ...Yummy .... we coming bk are the wings as delicious?
I normally get really good sandwiches from here however last night was the worst I ordered two beefs one combo with the sausage and one without I requested that the beefs be dipped extremely well and I also ordered extra aujus on the side not only was the sandwich’s both barely dipped they had no flavor each were supposed to have hot peppers however the didn’t have them on it and long story short it was a disaster I’m going to give them another try to redeem themselves however I was really disappointed in the quality of my food
