This place used to be great, I don't know what changed, but now it is absolutely horrendous. They ignore when online orders come in, and wait until either you, as the purchaser, cancels the order, or until their time limit has run out and they can cancel the order themselves. What a sad way to run a business.
Disgusting, and employees filthyI went in there and two young guys were working with no masks. One was SITTING on the counter where food is prepared on his phone. The counter itself where they prepare the sandwiches was very dirty as well. As they were making the sandwiches, I noticed how unbelievably filthy their clothes were. Ratty sweatpants with holes, and both of their clothes looked like they had been camping outdoors in the rain for a week in those clothes. So much grime, dirt and food on them. One of guys long sleeve "white" filthy shirt was near the sandwiches he was preparing hanging by his wrist. It was so disgusting. I lost my appetite and will not go back. It's unfortunate because the sandwiches have been good.

Order to regular sandwiches with lots of good toppings. Very delicious!
Worst place ever. Love their subs, but this location has the worst customer service. Had to ask twice for the employee wear gloves while making our food. Took forever to get service, although there were 4 employees and no other customers. One employee even sat on the counter. I think the owner/ manager needs to check on their business.Will stick with my favorite Jersey Mike's in Waukegan. They get 5 stars.
Subs just aren't my thing, but my husband loves them. I went there to just have meatballs- found out they don't have them anymore, so that was quite a letdown.

always fresh sliced meat and cheese. hard working friendly employees. truly a good sub...blow other sub shops to pieces. my only wish is if they'd offer a soup selection
