Ordered pulled pork waffle fries. Discrimination read : pulled pork, cheese, and tomatoes on top of waffle fries. What came out was a pig trough slopped together. The “tomatoes” were actually salsa and the whole thing was liquid at the bottom.Asked them to remake it due to the sogginess of everything. They refused unless we ordered a new one. Reasoning was they changed the menu.Definitely not work $18.Cocktails cost just as much as food $16+.I asked for a water and was given a paper snow cone cup. (Not sure how I am supposed to set that down to eat or have conversation with my group)Costumer service was horrible. Will never be coming back here.
Decent nachos and sandwiches. A good place to chill at when you just want to relax with your pals :)
Watch out if you have a membership. If there is a problem with your credit card ie: expired, they will not tell you. Instead they will just send you to collections. After complaining to customer service they send they sent out emails but out of all the emails I have from six flags dating back as far as 2012 there was none about any missed payments. DO NOT BUY THE MEMBERSHIP!
Sumarized for everybody, DO NOT GO! To the light show drive-tru, it is a rip off. Lights were static, music didn't sync with lights, poorly done. Over priced, so disappointed. My young kids were falling at sleep and waiting for the show.
The park is incredibly well lit up with lights -- but static and animated to music. Really stunning. Not too crowded (at least when we went). They had many shows (wish we saw more) and characters in costume (Scrooge was great!!!!). Only downside: food prices. $14.99 for a hamburger? $8.79 for cotton candy?
Overpriced. The price of the drive-thru show was outrageous for the quality and lack of excitement of the show. For $15 + fees, 2.60, per person it was not worth the $$$$ or the trip. It was barely ½ hour to go through. When one of the traffic directors said, "Have a good evening" we looked at each other like that's it. I think we were all waiting to drive upon the WOW! Never happened. My adult son got more excitement over telling his 7&8 year old about the various roller-coasters. Just to try to spark more interest the adults were telling the kids oh look at those lights look at that. The kids just wanted more extremely over priced popcorn. My adult son said, "Oh we could have just driven through the streets of Rosemont for free."
We were aprehensive to come, but this was hands donw the best Six Flags experience we have had! Rides are not open, but most of the water park is, and the children had a great time! We went on all the slides, lazy river, pool, etc. Hardly any lines for food, and there is mobile ordering. Extra staff walking around cleaning, especially at the eating areas. If you are a season pass holder you are basically getting this whole summer free, plus your season pass extended for every month once they reopen. Dining pass is also valid this summer!
One of my preferred spots to grab some food. awesome location, always clean, and good service. Very good job!
My favorite place to eat and/or have a drink at Great America :)
Wings not on dinning plan. Good nachos tho
