Place was very busy on a Saturday evening but received my order with in 5 minutes. The food was ok, their salsa should not be called salsa it is an insult to traditional salsa. The salsa is more water than anything else, I understand they need to make a profit but Jalisco takes it to another level. You shouldn't be able to drink your salsa if it's traditional Mexican food. Would only eat there again if everything else is closed.
It was our first time stopping by as we wanted to try a new place. We waited a few minutes as the staff just walked on by .Nobody attended us or greeted us.Looking at other reviews it seems service is an ongoing issue.We found way better service and a new favorite place down the plaza at the honey baked ham company.
Probably the best enchiladas I’ve ever had.Chicken with verde sauce, bbq pork and steak with rojo sauce. Each excellent!Quick service, affordable and good location.Can’t wait to return!
The food is very good, but I'm so tired of the bad service. Every time we go, something wrong happens. The last time we took a friend there for lunch for her birthday, she had been craving a chicken quesadilla for days. When we sat down I asked the waitress if she could order a dinner item from the menu for lunch, and she said that she could order from anywhere on the menu. We place our orders, and the waitress brought the quesadilla appetizer - $2.99 - as her meal. It was sadly not what my friend was thinking about for days. I don't think this was a language barrier, I think the waitress just didn't care much about her job so just assumed something that she shouldn't. And it's like this EVERY TIME we go there.

Don't doordash tacos. They just get limp and soggy. I don't blame the restaurant for my poor judgement. The shrimp tacos were decent and were loaded up nicely. Probably taste better if you sit down at the restaurant.However, the "Large" guacamole for $10.50 was tiny. Not that flavorful, either.
Food was really good, house salsa is good has a decent spice, but if you like hot ask for the hotter version. The only item we were not a fan of were the chips, but they were decent.

Been here twice. Gave them a second try. 2nd visit was worse than the first. Worst mexican food I’ve ever had. Expensive$$$$, Ortega is better than their mexican food. ? Friendly staff, that accounts for the one star.
