Love 5 guys. Great burgers. But this particular shop wasn't the best. The place was not busy as we went for an early dinner. We also ordered online in advance so no reason things wouldn't be fine. Sadly the grilled mushrooms were barely cooked. We waited a really long time for fries which would have been fine if the burgers were done at the same time or if they would have given us the burgers to start eating them while we waited but they held them back and they'd obviously been done awhile because the buns were soggy by the time we got to eating. In hindsight I should have fussed to get the burgers but I didn't realize how long I'd be waiting for the fries. Anyway still five guys food but not the normal great five guys.

5 guys is the joint to eat at for a full filling burger and fries. Build the burger the way you want it and get some delicious fries to go with it. Shakes here are pretty good too if you want a full experience.
Everything was extremely overpriced. We were told fries "couldn't be made crispy" and then were served uncooked fries. They no longer dump extra fries into the bag, so for $5 we had a small cup of uncooked fries.When our food arrived, the burgers were wrong and had to be remade. When we got them back, they were sloppily thrown together.The food still tasted good, but the burgers are not worth $10 and the fries were disgusting.

Arrived shortly before closing and there were several employees busy cleaning. They were friendly and kind. Thanks for the fresh fries, guys!
Burgers were hot, fresh, and delish. The Cajun fries were the bomb. Staff was super friendly and worked quickly to prepare our food. Highly recommend!!
