Walked in at 10:58 you close at 12 but the man at the bar said “you were closed as of an hour ago and the manager hadn’t locked the doors” this happened Sunday May 22, 2022. I came here last week May 15 and looked forward to coming often since I just moved in the neighborhood. However because of this you’ve lost a whole family of promising customers!! The outdoor bartender was great. That man inside just lost you business and I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
So...why don't you all update your menu? We get all excited to get your Sunday "specials" and when I call to ask a simple question, they tell me they haven't had specials since the pandemic! Wow!! So, that's your fault that you never changed your information! You need to honor when people call for the specials! I did want to try so many of your items, but now....
Paid $60 for wings that were nothing but fat and little to no flavor. Not sure how this place is rated so well if the wings were as bad as they were. Very dissatisfied and definitely not going to recommend or go back. BUFFALO WILD WINGS IS CHEAPER AND CONSISTENT WITH FLAVOR!
This place is Great! The Food is excellent! Service was awesome! The experience was what you want when you go out and get something to eat with family, friends or whomever. I highly recommend this place!?
We had a great time! The food was very good, I ordered a salad it was delicious. Fatmans is a very fun atmosphere!! They have a nice bar and restaurant area. I highly recommend ?
First time eating at Fatmans. Waitress was awesome. Never let our drinks get empty.Food came out hot, pleantyful and hot. Everything was cooked to order.Our only issue was that it was priced a little high; but I guess that's the times we live in right now.We will eat there again.
Great food, great service! Their clam chowder soup hit the spot on a cold December day. Finally, a restaurant that serves a good Turkey club that’s prepared like a traditional club sandwich. You will not find another establishment that serves a comparable sandwich anywhere else in the Chicago area.
Staff was not very welcoming. Our waiter wouldn't even say his name.Appetizers arrived a couple minutes before our main meal. We had the sampler. Mom liked the hot wings. Everything else wasn't good.My order was incorrect.Glasses had a white powdery substance only on the inside of the glasses. Which you only saw AFTER you drank what was in it. Waiter said it was calcium due to well water and shrugged it off.Temperature of the food wasn't correct. Temperature of the restaurant was cold due to the lack of a double door. Cold air blasting in from outside.Worst part, they had a one man band so loud we couldn't talk to anyone, including the staff.They did take my meal off the bill which was nice.The next day everyone in my party had signs of food poisoning. I don't recommend.

If you see the guy in photo #1 (center) and have him as your waiter, ask for either the young or older ladies that wear glasses or the hispanic male. The food was decent and the other waiters who delivered our food, got us condiments, and checked on us once is why I cannot grade lower than a 3. In other words, the rest of the waiters and waitresses saved the experience. We were seated and given drinks. It took a good 10 minutes to order, but others behind me with the same waiter had much longer of a wait. The food is good, but why not have a simple children's breakfast menu and/or put pancakes as a side? Calibrating your efficiency is the key to Sunday breakfast profits.
