Very disappointed in customer service..ordered hummus toast. Thought it came with tomatoes as that is what is shown on the pictures in drive thru. You would think If it didn't automatically come with it Like it as shown on the pictureThe workers would ask you if you wanted tomatoes on it. They also haven't learned the appropriate response when someone says thank you.
I am here right now. It's 3:45pm. I ordered a vanilla bean coolatta and tried to order a dozen donuts. The girl said they didn't have enough to make a dozen. WTH. I though I stopped at a dunkin donuts. I get my drink and decided to park to handle GPS. I look into the store to see plenty of donuts. More than enough to make a few dozen. Girl, if you gonna lie about food then make sure the stuff isn't on display for people to see from their cars. Winning location with hard working people here.?
This is my favorite Dunkin. Staff is always friendly and accurate. Plus the attached gas station has a very convenient lottery machine. The drive thru is nice too.

Always slow even if they have enough people the ones that aren't doing anything just stare at you with their thumbs up there huha the have nooo sence of urgency
Everytime we come here, they are closed at 5pm inside, even though it says 6pm. There are two people working and I am not sure why they always got attitude. We went to the drive threw, mind you I can clearly see what donuts they have threw the window, and who ever took our order, lied to us and said they only had 3 kinds. Idk what kind of management runs this place but its a joke. Close when your suppose to instead of being on your phone!
Ordered half dozen donuts and was then asked if I wanted all the same or a mix. I replied with mix, I was told to pull around and was handed a box of random donuts. I asked what donuts were in there and got an attitude. I have been going to DD for 20 years and never have they just given you what they want and they give you an attitude. The coffee was awful too! This location is terrible! Never stopping here again.Actually completely done with DD and will find local family owned places.
I don't rate less because I can't. I asked the lady to give me some $1 bill, and she gave me 3 bills of $5. When I asked her, again, if I could have some $1 bills, she said that couldn't open the register again, so I had to get inside. I got inside and waited for her. When another one realized I was there, I tried to explain the situation, and this other one started to yell at me saying that they were short of staff.... Ok, I get that, but they made me loose nearly 15'. I specifically had the coffee to get the $1 bill for one of my daughter's school registration. Never going back to this DD (Washington with Hunt club)

Power Breakfast Sandwich didn't do anything for me. The sausage was tasteless, which was fine, but not worth the calories. I don't eat cheese, so maybe that made the sandwich tastier.
