Inside wasn't fully cooked. And pizza could have been cooked a bit longer as well.

No stars if i could. This location is awful. Ordered a pizza online on Tuesday 12/28 at 130 pm. Order said would be out for delivery in 20-30 mins. Hour and a half later, still no pizza. So I called, then it tells me they are closed. Even though “Kimberly was doing a quality check” at 137. And I got charged for everything to receive nothing. Will be taking it up with my bank and will never order dominos again.
One star is the lowest option if there’s a ZERO this what gurnee location deserves! The driver made a mistake on our order, they give us the correct order on the second time but then the driver asked where’s the wrong items we told him that their someone sick in-house. The drive slam the door! Very unprofessional!
Ordered 45 minutes ahead of time. When I came in to pick up my order the arrogant lady(Server 7313) said they gave my order to somebody else. The other guy called me different names when I already told him my name. Employees should be trained for customer service. Lady in front said sorry but she cannot do anything about it. Not ordering from here anymore.
Ordered a pizza online and waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for it to even be prepared.Called the store and was put on hold for 40 minutes. When someone finally picked up they told me they didn’t have enough staff to deliver my order so they were just going to get to it when they could. Yikes! Not the first (or second or third) time something crazy like this has happened with this store. I’d rather pick up from Kenosha and drive it to Gurnee at this point.
These folks not only make some great pizza, but are always super nice. We order from them frequently enough for us to call them our go to pizza place!
Waiting outside the store for curb delivery for 20 min, called the store twice and no one answer the phone, the manager threaten me with no service next time I came to the store, manager who do no own the store and company promise of two minutes, incredible taking more than 20 min to walk outside the store to deliver a pizza. Very inefficient, the owner must take control of his store and train better his people, what a shame.
It took 1.5 hours, it was delivered cold and under cooked, for a few dollars more we could have had something alot better. Never again.
