Me and my emotional support surveillance birds were enjoying a delightful day at the local 6 flags and we decided to stop on by so we can get us our tasty treat on. Had the worst food poisoning I've ever had eating out. I had high expectations and was very excited to come back to one of if not my favorite fast food restaurant and eat there. I ordered the double bacon butter burger, with fries, a side of onion rings (disgusted by the fact that there was a very noticeable strand of black and blonde hair in it) and a drink, I've had continuous stomach pain for the past three days ever since I ate there. Very disappointed.

I don't come here often, but I have to say the food is always made well. (I usually go instead to a Culver's that is right near my house). I went here today just as the store opened. The food was very fresh... Especially the fries. I've worked fastfood before, so I know when fresh and clean oil has been used to make fries... This was definitely made with recently changed oil. It has been a while since I've had fresh fries made with fresh oil... So I really appreciate the quality and effort put in here. It shows. Even other Culvers don't always seem to change the oil regularly
Culver's never disappoints, but I have had better customer service experiences. But all in all it was a really good experience.
This is my go to for take out burgers and ice cream. I usually drive through and the window staff is always well trained and very politeLove that you can get a full size meal or a snack meal!
They left me in the drive thru for over 1/2 hour then shrugged when I went inside to find out where my food was. The list my order and thought it was no big deal. Manager could care less.As a follow up the manager called me and offered to make it right. Come in and they would remake my order. When I came back they had no record of the conversation. Clearly they had no intention of fixing the situation. They didn't even care enough to notated the offer. I want to take the 1 star back that I previously gave them
Culver's need I say more. Try something different the sourdough patry melt with cheese and 2 patties of goodness with grilled onions. What...go already. Enjoy.
So consistent! Always greeted politely, service is timely and accurate. Try the fried shrimp - really good! This location feels like a privately owned restaurant, they care and will correct if something is not done right.
I was at Culver's Gurnee location on Dec.6th, ordered Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad, and it was prepared, it was sitting on the counter without the lid.The other employees, and I count 4 employees that were reaching over my salad that was uncovered; getting other customers orders.The cashier asked did I want them to prepare a new salad, as he was seeing what I was, ignorant employees reaching over my uncovered salad.I paid for the salad, and walked out without getting a refund.Gurnee Culver's employees are ignorant.We're in the middle of a damn pandemic, they were reaching over salad my uncover salad. Needless to say, I left.
