Very clean and kids love it. We will definitely be back.
We threw my daughter's 4th Birthday party here and can't thank Stephanie (our host) enough for all she did to make it as smooth as possible.
t’s been awhile since we’ve been back after COVID but it could also be because my kids are now older yet we still had a fun time. They got some new game, and pizza was still fresh as tastes good. I would not go for the salad. We where invited for 5 year’s birthday party and they still do reservations for big groups. No longer tickets, just the card or bracelet. Each one of my kids had at least one birthday party here where you’re in the ticket tornado. Menu has changed and price may be a little different but always go online and look for coupons. They are supposed to whip machine every hour and masks still required. Handicap parking outside.
The pizza was really good and the games here are MUCH cheaper than at the great wolf lodge. If you are at the lodge you should bring your kids here to play games. It's unlimited gaming for an hour for around $30 I believe.
Pizza was actually very good. I'd consider buying pizza there on a takeout basis.Very clean. Friendly staff.Most of all, my 4 year old loves the games.
Staff was very slow and reluctant to do anything for us. Online on their website it specifically states they have military deals and the staff specifically told me no why would we do any deals or discount for the military. Not gonna lie it upset me with that. Other than that, the place was clean and all the machines worked. But with lies / inconsistent advertising and rude workers I can't rate it higher than a 2.
Good food , good selection of games , good customer service!!We had a pizza fries and buffalo wings , ALL TASTY!!The lady at the front very nice and welcoming , the lady from the kitchen very nice and makes sure she gets what you want specificallyPerson in Chuck E Cheese costume very attentive , my son is skeptical of any costumes of characters but the issue also comes when the people in the costumes are too pushy. The person in the costume today assessed the situation where my 3 year old was hesitant and was trying to get comfortable .We went early so there was not too many people , we like early visits so we can have some open space ???Bathrooms also clean and smell good
After spending $250 with my finance for 90 mins to take 5 kids for a little Sunday fun we found a game and we're winning so Stephanie came over and unplugged the machine mud play, refused to refund the time we had been playing and refused to refund even the single game credit. She made our 8 year old cry and walked away smiling behind her mask. She said the game wasn't supposed to drop tokens but it's a coin waterfall game and that's its design. You had better believe they'll be reported to the bbb, corporate and the Illinois gaming commission.
Not as busy during the weekdays, still didn't see staff clean the games and slots regularly as they should due to the ongoing pandemic. It also seems they're short staffed as I only saw the same 2 employees when I came in with my kids.
My son had his birthday party here today. Amazing atmosphere, clean and welcoming. Would recommend this location to anyone!
