This might be the most dysfunctional chipotle in a 150 air mile radius. Every time orders are wrong and 1/2 scoops of chicken. SAD

Fastest place in Gurnee to pick up an online order. You can place an order through any of the delivery apps or the chipotle app and drive straight to the store and it will be ready when you get there! I’ve never had anything missing from my orders at chipotle, this location has a very efficient system.
I unfortunately had the worst experience ever at this location. One of the staff noticed that there was alot of sour cream that had dropped in the mild Sauce and it looked disgusting! She actually did the right thing and removed it and the another girl comes over grabs new mild Sauce and dumps it on top. I ask her nicely can you please not use that and she said were going to use it . I said but it has a alot of sour cream in it she said so were using it anyway. I couldn't believe her tone. I asked her can I see your Manager she said I am the Manager. I ask her what's her name and she said her name was Ruth. So I hope Management and corporate is reading this because your Manager was not only rude and unprofessional, she obviously does not care about, the customers, cross contamination, people who might actually be Allergic to saourcream, and form the way she conducted herself, she definitely doesn't care about her job.Corporate and Management please adress your Manager named Ruth at the Gurnee Illinois locationI'm highly disappointed and disgusted
Came in for lunch; the staff were too busy sitting on the counters - playing with each other’s hair and discussing social life. Food was half assed, the guys making food asked for team help - due to the ling line to which the manager stated “oh you’re good - you got this” as he picked up his cell phone and disappeared. I’ll drive further for better service next time. Worst customer service ever.
The fajita vegetables were totally gross! They were overcooked to the point where they were a glassy pile of mush, and even so I still asked for them on my food and that was a mistake because they were really slimy and lost all of their taste. I am including a picture. This is an epidemic problem amongst Chipotle. I see this almost everywhere I go or sometimes I see the opposite problem where the vegetables are not cooked at all and our hard and crunchy. At least if they're raw I will eat the peppers.
Always wrong, cold and short on the order.
The food is relatively healthy, and tastes good. It's neither inexpensive or expensive. I don't think I've ever had a very quick experience at this restaurant, or Chipotle, in general.
I usually really enjoy restaurants, but this place I highly over priced for mediocre food.I paid an extra $2.50 for guacamole, only to get a tiny spoonful. What a waste of money. Especially for few choices.
Friendly staff, good portions. Could be a little cleaner. At a restaurant there should be nothing on the floor at any time.
