I may be rating them higher than what they deserve but I’m feeling hopeful about this particular Chili’s location. I have not gotten food from them for a month or two because they seemed to be consistently getting my order completely wrong or over cooking my food. But I visit there several times a week as a delivery driver and could tell you some stories about their service! However, in the last few weeks I have seen drastic improvement in They were ability to complete orders in a reasonable amount of time, and in the attentiveness of their staff, as well as the friendliness of the staff. I’m not sure what has changed there but they seem to be on the right track and that’s why I decided to give them four stars. If you’ve had bad experiences with this location in the past, consider giving them another try! As far as their food goes, I am absolutely in love with their big mouth bites burgers (when they get them right). I Get cravings for those, and they are always the reason I choose to get dinner from Chili’s!

Would give it 0 stars. The staff and manager MATT touch customers food using dirty hands. Very dirty place. Horrible atmosphere. Very nice bartenders, but don’t know how to do their jobs properly. Management team treats their workers horribly, steals money from staff. Overall, would never come to this location ever again. I love chilis, I have no problem with any other location.

It gets 2 stars because the employees were nice. The service was slow, maybe understaffed? Food came out half cold and our drinks came out last when they were ordered first. Lots of other food options in the area, I would go to those first.

Until the pandemic hit, my wife and I had been going to this Chili's restaurant several times a month since the mid-1990s. The food, drinks and service were always good. Since the pandemic, the management of the restaurant has nosedived. I have been back several times to give them a chance. Their beer selection only includes to cheapest stuff their money can buy, the service is way understaffed, time to order and time to receive the food are way too long, and they run out of items on the menu. It's like they deliberately are running the place to go out of business. Having been a loyal and frequent customer of this Chili's establishment for over 25 years, they have now lost me to other restaurants who have been able to bounce back from the pandemic and serve their customers like they did before Covid.

We sat at the bar for 20 minutes no bartender behind the bar. No one acknowledged us even after we talked to the hostess. I saw 3 people in the kitchen looking in their phones the entire time not delivering food or looking at the bar.I have been in the hospitality business all my life. I know how things should be run. I blame management for not training their people properly.Don’t blame it on being understaffed, I saw plenty of idle people and the restaurant wasn’t busy.I’m disgusted.

This Chili's rocks!... and here's why,: I placed an order on Friday to be picked up by 10:30pm the same night... well when I realized that I wasn't going to be back at 1045pm; I called and was told to come on.I wasn't aware that they closed at 11pm thought it was 12am for friday and Saturdays unable to get back before 1045pm . Showed up at 11:05pm they were closed however the manager Sergio and employee deante was able to give me chips and salsa.... long story short.Ordered again next day through the chili app and door dash, received my food was missing one thing which I called back and Sergio resolved the issue and made it right for me ! I will go back and enjoy a meal there in person real soon !!!..

The store was clean. The server person was very forgetful to the point that we all left and when my bf went to ask him about our bill he looked confused. The “chili” was literally ground beef with over bearing chili seasoning and cheese, thats it. I got my appetizer with my food and it was cold. I think the positive thing was that the tortilla soup was good.

Sigh. I don't want to complain but I have to. We are 120 miles from home. We bought three entrees. They didn't give us the fries in one and didn't give us the coleslaw in a second one. We ordered online for carry out and did curbside - why did we need to check the meal? The only saving grace was the guy who looked like he was leaving for the night who actually stopped and came back to my car to check on me. He gets a gold star ?.

I rarely leave reviews. The service was horrible here. We waited an hour and a half for our food with a server sniffling with a mask pulled down around the chin reaching over all of us to serve food. Then after being told the manager would come for an hour, she finally came and was not only rude but unapologetic and unprofessional. It will be the last time we go to this location. Seems to be always negative at this location everytime for something.
