I ordered the Old School Philly Cheese Fries, it was towards the bottom where I realized there was not enough cheese. When I went back to the counter the cook /manager got an attitude with me because I asked for more. Then I asked for water and the proceeded to give me some out of the sink. I am highly disappointed and will not be returning.Shameka

The food is good but I don't think 2 sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks should cost $31 that's highway robbery. The world shutting down for a year means everyone suffered not just businesses. Donating 10 cents for every meal is a slap in the face, and anyone who buys more than $30 worth of food is charged $1 for a cup of courtesy water and $1.50 for the larger cup of courtesy water. This is one of the biggest problems in this country and businesses!!! This is the American dream and capitalism at its best!!!
The older guy that works there is super rude, not sure if he is the manager. I ordered the regular Philly cheesesteak combo 2 days in the row, second day I come back he tries to charge me more. I tell him I want my fries large he says it’s only 1 size that comes with the combo, in addition I’m a mall employee and mall employees get 10% discount at food court, he says he works there 7 days a week and he doesn’t give discounts when he is on the register. The young lady working yesterday saw me in uniform and automatically gave me the discount. Yesterday I paid $13 and some change today he tried to charge me almost $17 for the exact same meal. I politely declined and walked off. That guy needs to be replaced he has no customer service skills whatsoever and a staring problem! I love Charlie’s Cheese Steaks some people are just bad for business and as long as he is there I will never go back!

I eat at this establishment almost everyday and lately not for sure if some staff is having a bad day but definitely being very rude for no reason. Will not eat here again. You have forever lost my business.
